Location very close to Durbar Square, making it central for sightseeing but noisy at night. Family run, who were helpful and friendly. Rooms a little dingy and tatty. 1200 rupees for room with bathroom, 800 rupees without.

The Hotel has two property one inside the freak street among the Local resident area, which is quiet is private with Roof top garden for In house Guest only. The other is just a minute walk opposite the OLd Royal palace In Basantapur Durbar Square, which has a Roof top Restaurent.
