I had to shower and brush with muddy water. Please provide little bigger bottle water to drink. You called it business room but it was nithing sort of business room....

Stayed for almost 2 weeks while on business. Stayed at the annex which has nicer rooms with the downside being that you had to walk to the main building for breakfast and also to use the gym. Staff friendly, courteous and helpful. Decent gym but confusing layout in two levels. Centrally located with eating options in Lazimpet and Thamel. .

Dear Guest, Thank you for your recent stay with us whilst on business. We are pleased you found our staff friendly courteous and helpful and enjoyed the central location. Under normal circumstances, we operate fully two wings of the hotel, the new wing and the original wing. During your stay during the time of the national fuel crisis, in order...

This is a very central and popular hotel in Kathmandu. It's also a very well appointed place with all the facilities you'd expect of a 5 star operation. The people that stay here seem to be more social - or maybe that's just Kathmandu generally! staff are great, super friendly and helpful. Service is spot on too.

Staff was friendly and professional. Room was very nice in the new building and modern. Room service, despite the fuel crisis, was quick and very good (chicken burger with wedges were quite tasty). We were fine with the short 15 minute walk to Thamel but if you are not used to walking in an environment without traffic lights/cross walks, just...

This hotel has an old and a new wing. Stayed 3 times in that hotel the last year. The old wing / main building is dated and not very much taken care of (for a RADISSON). Room interior is old, bathroom too and the carpet must be from the early 90s. Breakfast buffet is medium to low stsndard. Most of...
