I had a wonderful experience. The hotel is spacious and beautiful, with a large, wonderful pool, an exercise room, 3 restaurants, and a bar. The staff are welcoming, helpful, and incredibly friendly. The breakfast, which is included in the room fee, is substantial, with a lot of interesting variety. The room is comfortable, and the Internet is very reliable. I...

Having stayed in the Hotel on a previous visit, my wife and I chose it as a place to relax for a few days after a trekking holiday with our children, 15 & 11 years old. The Hotel itself is adequate as a five star in Kathmandu. However we had two major issues. Firstly the pool was used for most...

I stayed here for the first time on many visits to Kathmandu. The location of the hotel on Darbar Marg is one of its best advantages. 10 minutes from the airport and surrounded by shops and restaurants. Please select the rooms in the ground floor near the Chinese restaurant as it is connected to the main lobby. Rooms are carpeted...

it was a completely satisfying experience of 4 nights at the hotel. From the check-in to check-out, all the services were provided with smiling faces, cooperative and friendly attitude and with efficiency. All the staff of the hotel was eager to help me out. Of course, there is a room for improvement at any level of service and facility. Fortunately,...

I often stay in this hotel when I have to attend conferences. For Nepalese they tend to give old heritage room, not very clean and lots of dead insects on bathtubs. After earthquake rooms and lobby are now fully renovated and safe to stay. Indian food is excellent and staff are very hospitable with complementary airport drop and pick up...

Hotel is a little old but in a warm, comfortable way like an old arm chair - but it could still do with a proper upgrade to the rooms. Staff friendly and very helpful. Location is convenient and with all the daily challenges they must be facing the standards are pretty good. Breakfast in a separate building is average and...

We rather like best and comfortable beds are in the hotel. The garden face room and wall painting by arts are great. No doubt about best breakfast ever I had. If, you are thinking to travel in Nepal, try your best, it is best location in center point of tourist area of Kathmandu, Nepal.

Have stayed multiple times here on business trips, and found them to be comfortable and functional. Rooms at the top floor are really small, so should be avoided. They have 2 restaurants, one for indian/nepal cuisine (really nice) which even has gazal shows in evening & a chinese restaurant which was fine too. Taxis are readily available outside, however they...

Established in 1965 and named after Annapurna, the Goddess of Abundance, the Hotel provides the finest personal service and facilities in Nepal's fabled emerald valley, and its cultural, political and commercial capital. The Hotel has a total of 151 recently renovated Deluxe and Heritage guestrooms, including 5 suites, equipped with modern amenities such as the latest flat screen TV, bedside lighting & climate control unit, tea & coffee making facilities, mini bar and electronic safe. The atmosphere within the 5-acre property is warm and relaxed, the ambiance embracing the unique and friendly essence of Nepali culture and traditions. The Hotel is an architectural marvel, cleverly combining the local pagoda-style with contemporary flair. The Hotel is also famous for its popular eating outlets. The Coffee Shop is the all day, every day place for favourite eats and drinks and surprising new delights. In keeping with modern times, the Hotel is entirely Wi-Fi enabled. With extensive banquet and conferencing facilities, beautifully landscaped garden, one of the largest hotel swimming pools, well-equipped gym, business center and the most prestigious shopping arcade, our property is also within easy reach of religious, historical, cultural, architectural and shopping destinations, as well as Government offices, diplomatic missions and airline offices.
