The hotel is clean and adequate for the price, The let down is that there is rarely any hot water so if you want a shower, odds on it will be cold. problem is, the first thing a returning trekker will want is a nice hot shower. You wont get one here. The other problem is that the hotel staff...

They all made us feel at home. Their attention to making our stay comfortable was excellent. The rooms were clean. The food was good as well. The location in the heart of Thamel was excellent. I would highly recommend staying here while in Kathmandu.

Big, clean rooms right in the heart of Thamel. loved how close we were to everything. The rooftop breakfast area is fabulous, with 360 views of Kathmandu. We had a little trouble getting back in late one evening as the night staff had a little nap, but a gentle nudge saw us back in our rooms. The most suprising thing...

We were recommended this hotel by some Dutch friends. We had stayed at two different hotels in Kathmandu earlier this month and weren't "sold" on returning to either. The friendliness of the staff (led by Babu) stood out here. If power outages, hot water, and slow WI-FI is an issue... you shouldn't come to Kathmandu at all. That's everywhere. This...

Location is good but if you are looking for this hotel for the first time it will be tough going as its tucked away but most Taxi's will know it. Staff are great very helpful and they have a nice roof terrace where breakfast is served too. Rooms are clean beds are comfortable and a breakfast you can trust.

The staff make this place great! I was sick for a few days during my stay and they were very accomodating to my needs. Breakfast on the top floor terrace is a highlight. Perfect way to start the day. A ggod location in SE Thamel, close enough to everything but not in the thick of things (so you can sleep!),...

This hotel served as the Kathmandu launching point for our trekking group. The rooms are variable. Some are spacious and airy, others were darker and more utilitarian. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast on the rooftop overlooking a small stupa was a lovely way to start the morning. My hot water experiences also ranged considerably. There was no hot...
