I had a great experience at this hotel for about two weeks. The room with a rising sun view was clean, cozy, spacious and the staffs were very kind and friendly. They were so kind that I could memorize their names, Indira, Sapana, Sujeeta, Trilok. Especially, the breakfast was great as different menu every morning. Thanks to Raj, the chef for delicious and hearty food. Sometimes I had to skip lunch because of overeating. Also, It is in a great location in the vicinity of Thamel. If you travel to Kathmandu, I highly recommend you to stay here. If I'm back in Kathmandu again, I would stay here without any hesitation.

I stayed at the hotel for about 3 weeks and found the staff to be responsive, food delicious, and location accessible to local attractions. Sabita K. was friendly and great at keeping the room clean and stocked with the necessities! Staff was friendly and responsive to COVID-19 by keeping extra hand sanitizer handy, cleaning extra, and adjusting service to keep guests as safe as possible. When I travel back to Kathmandu and need a place to stay, Hotel le Himalaya will be my choice.

The food was amazing and the service was so good. We had a buffet lunch and every dish was delicious. I highly recommend coming to Hotel Le Himalaya to eat. You won’t be disappointed. We were brought here by our new friend in Nepal, Surenda, who also works here. He really made sure we were well taken care of. I am so glad he brought us. He is the one in the picture so you can find him. The Chef, Uddhav, personally came out to greet us and every staff member was friendly and attentive of us. We will definitely be back.
