My family of 6 stayed there late March, 2017. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and with a very good restaurant. The staff is very efficient and attentive. The person at the desk volunteered to wait for a taxi and flag it for us while we wait inside! The restaurant staff was very accommodating to my daughter, a vegan. The building is beautiful and the wifi the best we had in Bhutan. At night, we appreciated the heated floors and the silence. I highly recommend Bhutan suites, especially for families.

Hotel was very clean, food very good and staff very professional and very helpful. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. We would recomment to anyone. Location is somewhat out of the way, but we found that the location as situated was fine and was away from the " hustle and bustle" of Thimpu.

This place is a bit dated but ok to stay at for a night or two. The apartment was of good size and the bedroom had nice heating. The food was not very exciting but ok for an evening meal. The staff were all very friendly and the location was quiet.

The two-room suites are spacious but "down-scale." For example, the bed lamps are not very bright and, in fact, there is one only on one side of the bed! Similarly, they don't provide a back-up roll of toilet paper except upon request. The wifi is fine and the food is somewhere between good and very good. Also, the stray dogs nearby create quite a loud racket of barking. I imagine that there are better choices in Thimphu.

The rooms at Bhutan Suites are excellent, tastefully done up, spacious, comfortable beds, attached drawing room with kitchenette. Staff is nice and smiling. The only feature which bothered me is that it's a little on the side, uphill, away from the main street. This feature also makes the hotel quieter and gives you a balcony view. If you have your own personal transport to move around in the evening then its not a bother but otherwise you can get tied down to the hotel and its limited choice of food in the evenings.

I stayed at the Bhutan Suites in February 2017 for a total of four nights. I was in Bhutan on a combination of business and visiting friends. The staff were all really friendly. The rooms were a really good size. There was a living room with sofa, dining table, TV and kitchenette. A door led through to a large bedroom with en-suite bathroom. There was also a balcony with pleasant views. It's about a 15 minute walk into the centre of Thimphu from the hotel and it's located in a fairly quiet area. There is also a nice cafe on the ground floor and the breakfast was really tasty. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Bhutan.

Bhutan Suites set the bench mark high for the standard accommodation we were about to stay in during our visit to Bhutan. Unfortunately other hotels simply did not compare to this lovely warm and inviting hotel. Rooms were comfortable and spacious providing both a living room and separate bedroom. The room had underfloor heating as well as other heating in all rooms. The rooms were clean, comfortable beds, 2 large screen TV with international channels, small kitchenette, tea and coffee as well as a balcony. There is a lift in this hotel which is helpful for those who find stairs difficult. Room service is available, staff were friendly and provided excellent service. Breakfast and dinner was great. There is also a bath which was welcome after a long day out.

Our 1st hotel for 2 nights in Bhutan. Very warm and nice cozy hotel. The food was excellent. Very spacious room with kitchen, living hall and a warm cozy bedroom. The view from the balcony was great and nice. They even had a small garden full of mints leaves ; basil and vege :)

I stayed at Bhutan Suites from 24th November to 29th November . It was an excellent experience with a hospital able management and courteous staff , the cuisine was good, the cleanliness of the room was impeccable . . The location of the hotel was really good with a perfect view of the mountains of Bhutan . I felt at home and at peace with myself . Looking forward to stay again at Bhutan Suites during my next visit to Thimpu in the near future .

I have stayed with Bhutan Suites for 15 days. The accommodation is just perfect and you dont feel like missing your own sweet home. All the furniture and amenities (including charging points, Kitchen etc) are carefully designed to make sure you dont feel away from your own home. Since I was a on long stay and a vegetarian, I had plans to cook whenever I had time back from work and it worked very well with me as they can provide u with cooking gas cylinder, kitchen apparatus on request. The hotel staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Food is strictly veg with eggs allowed which also worked well with me. The place is extremely peaceful with pristine views of Thimphu valley from your bed room. On flipside, they close their restaurant by 9.00 PM which seemed to bit…
