A very nice room at a steal away price. Bhutan Suites is located not so far from the main market of Thimphu. There are several things to appreciate: 1. The decor 2. The suite with all amenities and spacious room 3. Staff hospitality 4. Well illuminated room 5. Cozy cafe and restaurant 6. Perfect for a laid back stay in Bhutan I would recommend this if you are looking for a Kitchenette and a real good stay go for it.

Awesome view and great hotel. Room is so spacious and the service is just great. In Thimphu, I am not going to book any other hotel in the future. View in the photo is from the room! All the staff members are very helpful and kind.

I think it is quite a good hotel, not very expensive and quite neat and clean. The rooms are spacious; in fact a suite comes with a bed room, an adjacent sitting room with a kitchen and fridge and ofcourse attatched bath room which was quite clean. There is also cable TV which unfortunately was not working in my room. The hotel staff was quite friendly and cooperative. I have read some other reviews which mention the problem of feral dogs barking all night and being a nuisance. I guess the problem of feral dogs is common all over Thimpu and Deki Lam where the hotel is located is no exception. I actually slept quite soundly and didn’t notice the dogs outside very much. My only suggestion is that the hotel restaurant could do with a slightly expanded menu as at the moment it…

This place should be considered in service apartment not Hotels.As per service apartment it has huge rooms and amenities,good location but as per Hotels it lacks in basic needs like house keeping , limited food menu and number of staff.Though I paid around ₹5000 per day and I found it a bit over priced for an Service apartment but the same place is available in ₹2500-3000 also if booked in advance.

We stayed there for two days. The hotel location was amazing. Hotel staffs were very good. Food was also good. There is bar where you will get local beers & whiskeys. All the rooms in this hotels are suites. There are two types of rooms. Standard deluxe and Super Deluxe. I recommend super deluxe rooms to stay. Views from room is amazing. You will be able to see one side of Thimphu from Veranda. The super deluxe room contains kitchen area, living room, long veranda, reading table, dining table, bed room with double or twin beds & bathroom. Within reasonable cost, I would say this is one of best hotel in Thimphu. Two big problems:- 1. Too many dogs bark continuously at night which is very annoying 2. There is no AC in this hotel. Nice views of the mountain from your balcony..well designed, self contained apartments. Though they have kitchen set, but doesn't have any vessels etc. may need to check, if want to use. Good restaurant with limited menu but good food, service and very reasonably priced. Is little away from the city center but easy to get a taxi.

We loved our stay at Bhutan Suites. First and foremost, we loved the location. The suites are large with a bedroom, bathroom, sitting area and kitchen. Our room had a balcony which afforded beautiful views over the Thimphu valley. The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. The meals they prepared for us were traditional Bhutanese, just what we wanted, and delicious. My only regret is that we didn’t have more time to spend there. I can only hope to return.

We stayed here for a couple of days in April 2018 and had a fabulous time. The attraction of this "Suite" is the spacious apartment like rooms with kitchen and separate sitting space. There is balcony also with marvellous view of the city. It’s tremendous to see a hotel run mostly by women staff members who are courteous and cooperative.. Radika, the Manager, sees that you have a pleasant stay. Food is fantastic and was served to the table. We called the Chef, the only visible Male staff in the hotel, to compliment him for his wonderful cooking. We would sure like to stay here again. Highly recommended.

I had identified this place through Tripadvisor and had asked our travel agent Heavenly Bhutan to arrange for our stay here. The place proved to be very comfortable with excellent service. The vegetarian food was excellent. The rooms were comfortably spacious and true to its name, the Suites had all the required amenities.We really enjoyed our stay here from the 5th to 7th May, 2018.

. I have to say, our accommodations in Bhutan keep getting bigger and bigger. We are now at a place called Bhutan Suites. It was my second choice, after reading Trip Advisor Reviews. But man oh man, it is quite commodious. We are on a hill overlooking the city and the soccer stadium. We have an entire living room and kitchen (complete with a hot pot, fridge and stove, sink and dishes - yeah, like I am going to cook?) and a bedroom larger than mine at home with a king size bed and ornate dresser, graniteand marble in the bathroom with a separate tub and shower, 2 flat screen TV's, a balcony that runs the entire width of the "suite" and as expected, has a panoramic view. I would be willing to bet that this "suite" is at least 800 SF. The hotel and meals are all part of the set…
