Detailed Reviews
We recently visited North east through Nature wings. This was not the first time we had booked our holiday through them. This was our 5th holiday with them. But this time we found that they were more concerned about Customer satisfaction and for that they had kept a separate coordinate for us named Ms. Sabrita ( from Bhutan). She used to call us every evening and ask us whether everything was fine. She made us very comfortable and made our holiday more special by giving timely suggestions about the places to visit and the time to visit.
We were highly impressed with her and this initiative of nature wings.
The vehicle which they had arranged was amazing and the driver was well versed with the route. The hotels which were booked were mesmerising especially the one at Shillong ( Ri Kunjai ) and at Cherrapunji ( Jiva Resort).
Overall this was our best experience with Nature wings so far and will highly recommend everyone to book atleast one holiday with them and make a memorable trip.
Regards
Suman Singh

We picked Terma Linca because the photos looked beautiful, and in person the hotel did not disappoint.
Made up of a series of stone buildings running parallel to the river on the outskirts of Thimpu, Terma Linca's location is peaceful, and really gorgeous. Watching the sun set over the peaks as the ruddy shelducks waddled home was a lovely way to relax after a long day.
The rooms are exceptionally large, with very high ceilings and windows that let you appreciate the view. The beds were also large and comfortable, but the bathrooms are showing their age somewhat and could do with a refresh; they feel like bathrooms from an inferior hotel.
Some reviewers complain about the lack of lights; this is not the case, however the switches for some lights can be covered by pillows on the bed and thus hard to find.
We enjoyed the traditional bhutanese clothes in the wardrobe to try on.
The highlight for us at Terma Linca, after the impeccable customer service, was the food. I have a feeling most of the clientele at this hotel come from India and the staff were very open to cooking western food on request. However, my family and I love Indian food, and the restaurant's default mix of local Bhutanese food and Indian cuisine was very very good. I had the best made-to-order roti I've had at the restaurant here.
All in all this is a nice spot to spend a night when in Thimphu.

The resort n spa was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The spa should however be avoided . The food was amazing, with a wide selection of dishes to choose from, each one delicious and beautifully presented. The Chef prepared local dishes on our request and some of it is worth trying . I requested him to to learn them however time did not permit . It was kind of of him (chef) to share the recipes so that I can cook it myself . The resort's location was perfect, surrounded by willow trees , apple trees etc and overlooking a stunning river view . One can enjoy the picnic by the river on request . . Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this resort n spa to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing vacation.

The Hotel is on the riverside and is very well made. The rooms are also very nice and large in size with all amenities, I just feel they could add a few things on the walls to add a little character. All rooms are river-facing. The staff is very good and is really quick in service. Everyone is ready to help you with a smiling face. Special mention to Chef Tshering Denup who made us super Local delicacies for breakfast. Also, Mr. Tobgay took really good care of us. The food is good but the breakfast could have a large variety I feel. The hotel has the potential to be a nice luxury resort by adding a few more details and amenities. Overall a great holiday we had at this place.

We love this property becoz the rooms are in open area with lush green grass and beside river is flowing. Staffs are polite & humble, inside every room u will find traditional dress of Bhutan so that u can wear it. Food is good they have both local Bhutanese & Indian cuisine, fresh rotis are also available. This property is little far from Thimpu town but easily accessible to all the location. They have their own traditional Spa. Highly recommend for Thimpu stay.

This property has a very beautiful location, just on the edge of river & surrounded by mountains. It has long stretches of well maintained garden areas alongside the river bank where sitting for a long stretch is always very relaxing. Rooms are quite big & has all the facilities. Every room has big windows with amazing views of river, mountains & the garden area. Only thing to be improved was the flooding. Taste & options both have scope of improvement.

Good hotel with a nice river flowing by the side.
It has four blocks and the construction was nice.
Although the rooms are a bit old fashioned, the room has a specific smell or carpet and some old room odour.
The garden is nice.
Food needs a big upgrade.
Overall nice for an evening stay, but too expensive for the prices

Excellent cleanliness.

Just a small piece of feedback:
There is so much crackling noise coming from the floor when someone walks. This can be improved.
