I thought that the hotel was a good place going by it's name, referred to by a friend. There's some type of renovation going on but the place is messy, nothing functioning.I wouldn't recommend. The staircase is dark,to me that was/is a deal breaker.Better look for another hotel.

After most of the hotel area was turned into a shopping arcade, the service here went to the Dogs. First finding the reception area is a puzzle of it's own. When i finally found the reception area, i was taken up the stairs(still dark, read other reviews) The standard double room is pleasant to the eye at first sight especially...

It is very dark and dingy, the roof leaked into my room (and it rains heavily here), many of the staff are unhelpful and very slow,...

First visit to Uganda so I was unsure about the quality and nature of the hotels in the city. Stayed for a week in an Executive room at $75 plus tax. Can only speak highly of this hotel. Decor is a little dated and tired looking but beyond first impressions, the hotel is very clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was...

This hotel is lovely. The staff are friendly and make you feel right at home. Security is excellent, with in room safes and people watching all entrances. The room are starting to take on a out of date seventies look but the are comfortable and well appointed. The buffet breakfast is excellent. The other restaurants provide good food at good...
