Was a good time, I couldn't get Wi-Fi in my room but the services are ok. Courteous staff, clean rooms and good breakfast! Should look at changing the sound or mute of the elevators (speaking lady too loud) can disturb guests.

Having heard of Mt Zion Hotel from the Media adverts I headed there for a meal today. Was impressed they had working lifts after the somewhat troublesome entry from Kisekka Market. The restaurant which is rather smallish promises a personalized treatment, this was not to be with only 3 other customers already been served it took at least 15 minutes...

I stayed one night at this Hotel. I was suppose to stay two, but changed after the first night. The Hotel looks very nice when you first enter it, but the good impression falls when you enter the room. So here is room for a lot of improvement. 1. The floor at the room looked/felt like it was falling apart....

While the location leaves a little to be desired, if you stay anywhere else in Kampala, you are probably wasting your money. Food, service and rooms are great. Great AC, very comfy beds in quiet rooms, with lots of hot and good water. Stay. You will be glad you did.

Our 6th Hotel of the trip, Mt. Zion Hotel was by far the best. Friendly helpful staff, well maintained and rooms that were mind-blowing. Felt like a castle. And the view was incredible. This was the first hotel we stayed at in Israel where we did not feel like we were an "inconvenience". "Thank you" to the wonderful staff.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was extremely clean. The staff were nice and helpful. The rooms are equipped with an air conditioning unit which blew nice cold air. It was a pleasant stay but the location is not good. Traffic was terrible and we had to pass through a dangerous area to reach the hotel. For that...

The location is great. Very accessible in the middle of Kampala. For its price and quality of it is very competitive. The staff are very polite and helpful. There is free wifi. Unfortunately like most hotels in Kampala there is no airport pick up

“When I went I used the rooms in the north because they are calm with right quantity of light and. But still if you need a sunny room, just be straight and tell the receptionists that you want the single standard rooms in the East although if you need some kind of noise and you enjoy seeing the busy area you request the western room and you will be glad. But still if you want to see the whole city of Kampala occupy the southern room and lastly when I went up on the terrace, I had to see the whole Kampala city and it looks wonderful when its night.”
