I've had the pleasure of staying at a number of hotels here and hands down the best one is the Sheraton. Try to get one of the recently refurbished rooms on the higher floors. And if you're there on a Wed night they offer a great happy hour starting at around 7pm. They offer lots of dining options and the...

While service and breakfast are good, the hotel is let down by its less than perfect condition and tired interiors. Rooms on the garden side are very noisy at night due to entertainment that goes on until too late even when there is no audience. This is not the worst place that I have stayed, but I question if it...

Dear guest, Thank you for your feedback regarding your stay, we apologize for the less than desirable experience especially regarding the noise from the nearby hotel. We shall continue lobbying for the authorities to enforce the noise pollution laws that the nearby hotel keep breaking even after numerous requests to lower the music levels. We apologize once again for the...

Stayed here on a business trip. Hotel grounds is quite large and well landscaped. Room was alright. Dining options were pretty good. Its a good option for business travellers although probably slightly below expectation on quality you would expect from a Sheraton hotel.

I really enjoyed my time at the Sheraton. From check- in on, you're on African time. Yes, the bathrooms are a bit dated and some beds not so great but the staff are lovely and welcoming. Maddy is the salon was great, Charles in the Fitness area, the massage girls, service staff and concierge all helpful. The Sheraton felt like...

Unfortunately I was negatively impressed when I have entered in my room, frankly speaking is not even a 2 start hotel quality, my bar was totally empty, the bathroom is not more that 3sq/m, the room decoration did not exist, the air conditioning system is very weak, I did not find nothing nice in my room. I have complained to...

I was firstly very disappointed with their poor check-in process - despite a pre-booking and arriving at the hotel after 7pm - had to wait for over an hour in reception waiting for a suitable room. biggest disappointment though was the bathrooms - very old, tired bathrooms not worthy of the name Sheraton! However was very impressed with the service...

Our group travelled from different states within the United States to Kampala Uganda on a missionary trip. Before hand we called this hotel few days prior to arriving and NO one absolutely no one answered the calls. This was for us to ask general questions about the hotel and the area. From this hotel, the group was going to head...

I have stayed in Sheraton for a week. In general I have nothing to complain about. The welcome was very professional, good choice of restaurants, excellent gym and sauna, quick room service. I was also invited for small get-together drink which I found very nice. The only issue was breaking internet connection, also I think that bathrooms slowly need some...

I got the sense that the hotel staff were trying their best to deliver to a high standard. They were friendly, courteous and regularly sought feedback. The restaurants had a good buffet range. The A la Carte and in Room Dining menus are generous. Food is great. Hotel also has a modern, well equipped gym; with instructors/gym staff for support...

I have stayed at th hotel a couple of times for bussiness and always enjoy my stay. Yes the hotwl could use an upgrade and the bathrooma are below atandard. But besides that everything else is great. The beds are very comfortable and the aheeta are crisp which for me is critical. But the beat thing is the common area....
