This was a good basic hotel. My room had a comfortable bed, air con, and large bathroom. Linen was clean. The restaurant served an adequate breakfast and dinner buffet, although menu did not vary a lot. I felt at home here, with friendly and attentive staff. Manager was very welcoming. Would happily stay again.

Nothing special, mid-level for Uganda standards. Really nothing to remember about the hotel. It's ok if you have to stay one night in Kampala on the way / back from the tour of the country. Room is really average, bathroom is poor.

Stayed here twice. First time I had a quiet room with water provided though room was a bit small. This was a so called VIP room but the quiet is worth it. Not much VIP otherwise. Functional and comfortable. The second visit was much more disappointing and I would hesitate to return. The room was larger but bedding was stained....

I got a basic room, just above the reception, overlooking the main entrance, and the dining hall to the back. That basically meant that I was subjected to noise from the gate, as people walked in and out, and from the dining hall. The amenities in the room are basic, starting with the very small TV that I could hardly...

Just spent some time at the Eureka Place in Kampala and was treated very well. This place improves from year to year and we are always treated as long lost friends returning. We always feel safe hear. The rooms upstairs are great and always clean; food is limited, but always cooked fresh and is tasty. AND try out the new...

This hotel looks as if they didn't use an architect to design the place and tried to squeeze in as much into the land as possible with little thought to the aesthetics or flow. Menu limited and some required a days notice. Food edible. Routine maintenance of minor faults lacking. Generally disorganised being taken to wrong rooms more than once....

Mix of suites and basic rooms. Clean rooms. Suites are spacious, comfortable bed, coach, TV and table. Wifi works. Breakfast is basic. Buffet lunch is mainly local food. 45 minutes ride to Central Businesses District

Stayed with a group.for an extended period. First room didn't have air conditioning but was large. Second room had air conditioning but was much smaller. There was no safe and I noticed the cleaning staff leaving the rooms open even when they weren't in there. Repairs were needed to the bathroom but were made in a couple days. The worst...

The rooms are pretty basic, but clean and everything works. WiFi is almost impossible to access in the rooms, so you have to sit the reception area - which can be pretty noisy. Staff is what gives this place its 3 stars -- they really try very hard. Nice location for a morning run/walk. Very safe, and quiet neighborhood. We...

I love this place. They are so kind, helpful and I love the rooms. The beds are huge with great sheets and the bathrooms are clean with hot showers. The rooms have A/C. I find the price (around $60/night) to be very good value.
