We stayed here after picking up our camper and before leaving for our 3 week trip. It was comfortable and the note on the pillow was cute. The gardens with the birds were wonderful. Breakfast was great also. My only disappointment was that I could not sit in the gardens to enjoy them in the evening because there were too...

We enjoyed our stay at this guesthouse in Windhoek. We stayed our first and last night during our Namibia vacation. The rooms were comfortable and we especially enjoyed the beautiful gardens. Note, that this is a guest house, not a hotel. (I noticed in some of the less than stellar reviews that perhaps the guests were thinking they were thinking...

Nice environment. Rooms are clean and greatly decorated. We went at the beginning and the end of our trip and we were not disappointed when we came back there. A lovely, quiet and secure place to be!!

I really enjoyed my stay of 2 nights at the beginning and end of my Namibian tour. Set in beautiful gardens with a pool and areas to sit out in, it offers spacious, clean and well appointed rooms. What really impressed me was the friendly and helpful staff who were always willing to assist. I had some laundry to get...

We stayed at Terra Africa two nights and loved it. The second night we had a room looking over the gardens, which are absolutely beautiful. Wonderful bed, spacious room, and warm hospitality. Breakfast is included and is delicious - cold meats and cheeses, coffee, tea, and juices, fruit and cereals, and eggs made to order. The owner is very good...

We stayed here for 1 night prior to flying back to the US. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly (assisted us in restaurant reservations and massage appointments and both turned out to be great!). Rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. Perhaps could use some updating, but we felt it was a great value and liked that it was...

This was our first acquaintance with accomodation in Namibia and it was slightly disappointing. The room was basically fine, although the interior was perhaps a little bit dated. One major problem that not only we had, but also most other people that were there at the same time, was wifi connection. This simply did not work at it should have...

Dear DeboraC Thank you for your feedback. We value all comments. During 15 years of operations, one accumulates new furniture with time, and the old ones are painted or polished rather than just discarded. We have during Sept 2014 replaced and added new furniture, together with old furniture that was treated and repainted. With regard to your Wi-Fi and your...

We were supposed to stay here two nights but only stayed one because a late checkout wasn't possible. We enjoyed a good shower and sleep after two weeks of traveling though Namibia. The breakfast offers lots of choice. There is a big garden with swimmingpool and nice sitting areas around. To get to the city center you will have to...

Dear GhislaineCordier, Thank you for your feedback. Check in time internationally is 2PM and Check out time is 10-11AM. The fact that you cancelled your reservation because we could not accommodate a late check-out from your room (as we were fully booked) is not something wrong on our side. And we will always try to assist when a room is...

We stayed here for 1 night before travelling back to the UK. I guess the mixed reviews reflect the different travellers that stay & we are in the older, pickier group! The small reception are boasts 3 certificates of excellence, but the last of these was from 2008 & this reflects the hotel;tired & past it's best. The pristine outside furniture shown...

Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for your response and feedback. Although I am very saddened that you did not like your stay at our Terra Africa House, It seems more of a personal opinion "as per your comment in line 1:, "we are in the older, pickier group!" that carries consensus. Herewith to clarify and respond (and I wish you had...
