Amazing hostel in windhoek, good vibes around:) Very authentic place and people! Advice and help from locals in any quest. Namibia is an unbelievably beautiful country in many aspects and Windhoek the place to start the journey.

Prices are standard and include breakfast, but it isn't served until after 8:00 and isn't great. The bathrooms need a good cleaning; shower curtains and mats are dirty. Service is not great, as staff members are the most indifferent I have encountered at a guesthouse.

This hostel was average, I actually had to go here last minute because I was not able to get a dorm room at Chameleon Backpackers (which is much better!!). There was only one shower and one bathroom in our section. They have free breakfast, like most hostels in this area. The manager is very rude, I asked for an extra...

We camped and stayed in an ensuite. Lots of camping space, good free internet. The rooms and ensuites were clean and smelled nice. Very nice staff. It lost a star because it felt somewhat unwelcoming at first (which soon changed), there is no food to buy, and there was a bit of cat poop in the camping area.

Very cool place! We have been there a couple of times. The kitchen is clean and the bar is full. The manager Dean is a very cool person. There are braais on Wednesday and Saturday. In the outdoor area there is also a pool to take a refreshing swim. They even got DSTV so you don't have to miss your...

Nice place, pool out of order and not close to the center but the rooms were ok. There is not much close to the hostel. There is a bar.. kind of. They serve drinks from reception but get annoyed if they have to get up from watching TV

I booked to stay here overnight between flights. I specifically booked a backpackers because I was on my own and was hoping for that 'backpackers vibe' and to meet some people and have a good time, but to be honest, the place was just depressing on arrival. No effort had been made to decorate the place and most guests just...

Very friendly right on arrival. Not as crowded and busy as Chameleon or some of the others, but still a lot of fun, great common areas, bar and pool. Most rooms far enough away from any noise, so we didn't notice anything from our private room. Perfectly fine, but yes this is a backpacker place. They can arrange tours and...

This place is has the rudest staff I have ever met in my entire life. First of all, the manager started shouting at me for washing a plate under running water, something which was against their house rules. And all this because I could not find plug for the sink. Gosh! Also, when I wanted to leave my valuables in...

This must have been a nice place some years/decades ago but obviously the owners do not care about putting to much effort in it anymore. Money comes in anyway due to Windhoek being in high demand by backpacker travellers. The dorms are very very basic at best. Restrooms and showers could use some more attention definitely (supply of toilet paper...
