About an half an hour or so drive from the international airport, and the right side of Windhoek too made Ti Melen ideal for our first night in Namibia. The room was very big, the bathroom had double sinks and a double shower and overall the place had real rustic charm. Great to be on the balcony with a fresh...

Ti Melen was the perfect place to stay to start off our Namibia trip. It was close to the airport on the outskirts of Windhoek, on a hill with lovely views, in a room decorated tastefully with African fabrics and baskets, so we really felt we were back to a continent where we had spent much time earlier in our...

Stayed one night in large and comfortable down stairs room. Had a small outdoor terrace and an even smaller seating area to view over the area. Good free wifi, safe on site parking, good breakfast, friendly staff. Excellent large room with ditto bathroom. Probably one of the best fitted out guesthouses I have encountered in Namibia (and visited approx. 20...

We loved so much this place. All the rooms are clean and tidy. The interior design is very effective and african stilish. Breakfast is rich and the staff is so kind. I remember the warm welcome of Elisabeth and his son Elia. The place is close to downtown but with Taxi (the fare is cheap). Hope to come back soon....

Windhoek, the capital of Namibia, is a smallish city with not a lot of traffic. The airport is way south of town, and Ti Melen is on the southern edge of town, close to Avis Dam birding hotspot. Rooms and common areas are spacious, modern, clean. Grounds are attractive. Lovebirds and weavers nest visibly on-site. Meals are good (just remember...

The room was beautiful and the bathroom as well. We had a great view from the room and the terrace looking out on the countryside. The meal for which we had to reserve in advance was delicious as well and the breakfast very good with fresh fruit and everything you could want.

We booked this place for our last night in Namibia before flying home. Our room was huge, beautifully decorated and superbly maintained. Breakfast, service were all top. The drawback is location. Located in an upscale suburb of Windhoek, it's a drive into town. I booked it thinking it was a convenient drive to the airport being on that side of...

We were sad that we only got to stay here one night. The rooms are of a high standard. The setting, high on a hill, near town, is excellent. Breakfast was wonderful. The host was so nice, even when we arrived relatively late at night.
