Pro: Good Place to stay. Easy to find with Very good Restaurants nearby at Landmark. Consider a boutique hotel with unique design. Con: Dont Provide Shampoo and shower gel (Only upon request). Remember to bring your own toothbrush/paste. Recommended to stay for get away.

This is a simple, comfortable hotel and we stayed in the apartment. We enjoyed eating at the delicious Kudeta restaurant and shopping for lovely Malagasi silk scarves and cool souvenirs from the the craft shop downstairs. Air con would be an advantage.

We stayed here twice during our motorbike trip. Staff were very helpful and the restaurant/bar were nice. Our room was roomy and the bathroom was good. The floors were very creaky though- seemed louder during the night when trying to creep quietly to the bathroom. We had a tiny balcony- good for drying our clothes. They had sitting rooms that...

The hotel is located in a quiet, residential part of the city, but still very central. The rooms are comfortable, and the staff very friendly and helpful. It has a lot of charm, not your standard business hotel, and we would be happy to come back.

Enjoyed both our stays, rooms very pleasant and the newer room in the annexe spacious. Staff were very helpful and had saved my adaptor, left in the socket on our first visit, awaiting our return. Food in the restaurant was good and tasty if a tad on the pricey side. Staff helped loads with tours of the city and advice....

This hotel is well located and has comfortable beds. The wi-fi in our room was fine too. The only issues for me which are minor are the lovely wooden floors creak quite loudly when you walk on them and overall it is a pretty noisy place and There is very limited space to put your luggage in the room. Kudeta...

Very comfortable, easy access to the city centre, cheerful staff, and nice restaurant. The room was clean enough, and no problem with the shower. Wifi was available (but weak in the guest room). However, DO NOT exchange money here because one of the staff cheated us. The bank is not far from here. So, go and see the exchange rate...

The hotel boasts a good location, wonderful rooms with wooden floors, friendly staff and reliable wifi. The attached Kudeta restaurant is one of town's best eateries. Only downside, if I really had to look for one, is that a litre bottle of water is quite pricey for hotel guests (you pay the restaurant rate of 5,000 Arias), when compared to...

We adored this charming place for its carved woodwork, metal folk art, bright African batiks and spacious rooms with a view over the colonial buildings to the old Rova for sunrise. The staff was kind and helpful, even holding a bag for us for a week. Plus this Isoraka section of town is very appealing--with granite cobblestones, baguette vendors, small...

We stayed at The Residence Lapasoa twice during our trip through Madagascar. After arriving at the airport late in the evening, we did not get to the hotel until 02am!
