I started staying here in august 2016 on regular business trips and have stayed about 5 times when there are clearly other choices in town including a Kempinksi and a new Chinese Hotel called the Tang palace. This hotel has dropped its standards conpletely. I had to call 3 times on 3 different days to have my room cleaned by...

Extremely slow service, ended up paying for the drinks that I had and decided to take myself somewhere where people appreciate what actual customer service is. Golden tulip needs to realise they are now competing with so many other hotels who will provide better service and they need to move into competitive mode. With a country like Ghana, good customer...

If you are in Accra, U have to be in Golden Tulip, being one of the most signs in Accra with a team who knows how to welcome their guests. Being there for a Dinner, Pool or staying in one of their rooms was a fabulous experience

This is not the U.S, but it is a lovely hotel. The hotel lobby is great, dining area and food very good. The double was small, but comfortable for 2 and the air condition worked. The elevator was small, but no problems. Many affairs were taking place while we were there, so the hotel is well utilized. The staff was...

This used to be an excellent business hotel, its standards are slowly slippping, air conditions in the Roos and bar not working, non smoking rooms that reek of smoke, live music in the bar area which is so loud one cannot hold a conversation, bar staff who rather talk to each other than serve customers, really this place needs a good...

Took the advice of others reviews and took a room on the tennis court side. Glad I did as pool facing rooms can be noisy with the band playing every evening. Breakfast is ok, selection gets a bit boring after the 3rd day. Ate in the restaurant one evening. Service was good with friendly staff. They are a bit pricey....

The first room that gave me that no air-conditioning working, so they sent an engineer and he couldn’t fix it. They moved me to another room, the safe in that was not working, so they sent an engineer and he couldn’t fix it, so they moved me again. By this time, I was tired and angry, they moved me yet...

I would like to say thanks to Miss Abena, who is taking excellent care of her Guests at the Restaurant and delighted me with her personal attentions. Also, thanks to Miss Irene from the Kitchen, who bakes gorgeous french croissants every morning with a beautiful smile on her lips. See you next time. Federica

As an Airline crew member I have stayed in this hotel many times. Door staff and check-in staff friendly and efficient. Ensure you have a renovated room as the older rooms have little or no A/C and the carpets are filthy. The renovated rooms have tiles and carpets and the A/C is very efficient. The internet, depending on room, is...
