Nomad Suites Residence is a well equipped, spacious room that includes living room and kitchen with adequate utensils, two TVs, clean and comfortable beds. I enjoyed my stay very much. Also, free fast WiFi is available. The kitchen is lockable and it is available on demand and could charge you more. Make sure to negotiate or know the price before...

The hotel was nice and clean, which is where the three stars come into play. The rooms are spacious. It's a little bit out of town though. I asked for help from the front desk arranging transportation to Akanda National Park. The manager asked why I wanted to go there. "It's just trees" she said. After arguing about how I...

A surprisingly nice suite style hotel with most of the creature comforts one would expect for a long term stay with a electric stove, microwave, full size refrigerator, dishes, pots, pans, etc. Pros: - safe - staff is helpful and attentive when needed - bed is comfy and blinds are great for keeping out sunlight - Less than 15 mins...

I won't beat around the bush! This place is ideal for business travelers. Excellent wifi (a first for me in Africa), and for free. Very large well-decorated suites with kitchenettes and small terraces (excellent, and smart! housekeeping, taking into account what you like and don't in your room, thank you Stephanie) a desk with good lighting and many outlets. Very...

I enjoyed this hotel so much! Customer service was great, I was greeted from the doorway. Excellent food service and very nice and pleasant rooms. If you want to be royalty then this is your place. I would recommend this place to my family and friends, for our next visit.

The best of the two hotels I used on this trip. The staff was attentive. Rooms are nice with a great lay-out. Fully stocked bar and restaurant on site. My room had a balcony over-looking the central courtyard with the pool. There were a lot of mosquitoes at dusk. Walking distance to the U.S. Embassy.

A group of us booked rooms on a business trip in December 2014. We will not be staying there again. First, the good points: clean rooms and not too far from the airport (right under the flight path actually, so you don't need a wake up call). Now the not so good: There are NO mosquito nets in the bedrooms....

Pros: The hotel is right next door to a good supermarket. Rooms are clean and nice in appearance. Each room has a large functioning fridge and microwave. Cons: At over USD $300 per night, the prices are outrageous. The hotel is right in the airport's flight path, so you get the pleasure of a 3am and 4am wake-up everyday. The...

I spent seven hours at the Onoma and fled to the Nomad and glad I did. It is perhaps 500 meters away and is right next door to a supermarket -- need I say more? The hotel is sort of a townhouse arrangement (two floors) around an inner garden with a swimming pool, just off the dining room and the...

The good: the rooms are clean. The bad: Breakfast is ok but the dinner I had was undercooked and dessert was burned. They have problems getting orders right and served in a timely manner. The staff is not very hospitable with the exception of Elvis the bartender. He is friendly and we never ran empty on drinks. The rest of...

“Try to get a room away from the main road as it can be very busy and noisy although there will be no escaping the air traffic noise, it doesn't detract from an otherwise lovely hotel though.”
