It's such a perfectly located guest house with the kindest and warmest staff ever. I stayed there for 20 days and i would have stayed even longer had i had time. Loved the cleanlines of the rooms, the room service is always at your disposal you can just call and they come, they had a fairly good WIFI which is...

I stayed at this guest house in April it was a fantastic experience from the reservation to the airport pickup. The price is very very fair and i definitely recommend this guest house for travelers and definitely stay here next time I am in Addis.

I previously stayed at the Addis Guest House for a couple of weeks and was pleasantly surprised. I’ve tried to be as detailed as possible in my review. Positives: 1) Price - One of the best values you can get in the Bole area of Addis Ababa for sure, with prices between $30-$60 per night (depending on the room). Considering...

A local guide recommended this hotel to me because apparently there are a lot of faranjis (strangers) staying here. The room was nice, the wifi worked, but it was a little bit too expensive. The stuff was nice and helpful and helped me out on my last day by organizing a cheap shared ride to the airport!

We stayed here as a study abroad group - some students had prior experience in Ethiopia & some did not. We all loved it - some even more than a fancier place we stayed up-country. The location is good for students - lots of local shops, restaurants & other distractions in walking distance, but safe and not too noisy. It...

This is our third stay here. We stayed at a different guest house on our second to last visit and we regretted it. On a separate mission trip I stayed at multiple guest houses. They did not compare to the addis guest house. We were in Ethiopia for adoptions and the staff went out of their way to make sure...

We stayed a week as a group. They had awesome breakfast, free laundry and FAST Wifi! Super close to the airport and the center of city. The staff was very welcoming and the owner was pretty chill and recommended nice places to go around town.

I stayed 2 nights in a suite room with bedroom and livingrom. We paid 54 dollars per night and since it was the first hotel it was ok, but compared to the other hotel I went, this was way too expensive, so try to get a reduction! Wifi was ok, (that was the most important thing for us), clean room,...

This place is a good deal. I stayed here several nights, and there was always hot water. Plus wi-fi, always a perk. And they include free laundry service! Breakfast was fine, nothing spectacular but decent food. Very friendly staff. The room was basic but clean. The general manager was also very helpful and speaks excellent English and has a good...

“suites on front quieter in spite of being on main street, rooms on back can have sounds from kitchen staff etc till closing at 10:30pm”

“We stayed in rooms 302 and 201 ( suites) you have street view access. Its great for people watching. It does get a little noisy but not too bad. I would recommend bringing a power chord bar with your converter to have multiple plug in outlet options. We were there to finalize our adoption and it was very budget sensitive and convenient for us. The suites allowed enough room for our child to play. The water pressure in the showers isn't like the states but it does the job. The rooms have their own refrigerators and t.v. My wife and I preferred room 201 vs 302 but both were nice. Their pick up service to and from the airport was also convenient. They also provide laundry service if you don't want to overpack.”

“Rooms on the front side face the street in front, which stays pretty busy. Rooms are therefore more quiet in the back.”
