The food is excellent having one for room service and also Nikkei and Italian dining that is superlative with a decent wine selection. The amenities are also very luxurious, and the staff is very polite and well-trained. Good both for business travelers and also for tourists...
The hotel is well managed, employees are friendly, courteous and helpful, and breakfast is included. The rooms are clean and functional, towels changed daily, and the a/c works very well. The ocean is visible from the 4th floor and above. There's always someone at the reception and if you leave the hotel after dark a guard watches you until you get a taxi. Location is near almost everything you'll need. There's always taxis nearby, generally less than a minute wait.…
Excellent, very nice staff, they are very helpfull and friendly. The room was very clean, breakfast was good. Close to metro, walking distance to city center. But most of all, very friendly staff! I’d recommend it to everyone who wants to visit Santiago.

A variety of restaurants are in immediate walking distance from the hotel, and the fun city beach Quebra Canela is less than 15 minutes walk or a quick 3 minute cab ride away. Hotel Santiago is very recommendable! …

Breakfast was simple and with a lot of sweetness (great if you love that, not so great if you don't). Nice bathroom with lovely hot water shower.…
