Ive spent a lot of time in West Africa, and Burkina, but this was my worst hotel experience ever! I spent a week at this hotel for a workshop for 35 colleagues. The whole experience was hugely frustrating and disappointing. There were issues from day one and the management made no effort to resolve them. The breakfast was extremely poor...

Stay away. I was booked in for 9 nights but I couldn't wait to check out, which I did the next morning. The unpleasant experience started with the inefficient token security. Front desk was rude. They hid behind the high counter top and had to be coaxed to stand up which was clearly an inconvenience ! The lift buttons were...

I am currently staying here and can concur with the previous posts. The lobby area is spacious and clean. The rooms are also large and clean however they look unfinished, leading me to ask if it was a new build, only to be told it was opened in 2001. Wifi is functional but not too fast. I have to run...

Stayed here for a conference for a few days. The rooms are very large and you need to hike from one side of the room to the other to turn the lights on and off. The furniture is cheap and cheerful with a decor to match. Breakfast is a good experience and if you do not go early then you...

The person came adn after charging an exhorbitant price, just rubbed some cream all over my body and in 3mins claimed she had finished. I discovered this is a fraud-scheme between their front desk staff...

The lobby of the Hotel Palace is lovely, but misleading. The rooms are dated, the grouting was dirty or missing in the bathroom. The bed was actually as hard as if there was a board under a few blankets. I didn't look because I didn't want to know. The internet was iffy, the complimentary breakfast was sparse. They had only...

I can’t imagine this one being much use to anyone...but you never know! I have to admit to not knowing where Bukino Faso was exactly until I Googled it. And I speak as a pilot of some forty years experience! The hotel is situated some 5 km from the airport, about 20 minutes in average traffic. The road is surprisingly...
