Friendly people and very helpful, beautiful hotel and stunning views. Lovely great variety breakfast buffet. Hourly shuttle to the Falls and town was a great bonus and help. Wild Horizons Adventures a really stunning group that organize all our trips and made our stay a memorial holiday.

I stayed recently at this hotel on holidays for 8 nights. It was a very enjoyable experience. This hotel has great facilities to make you comfortable but what really shines are the staff of this hotel. I was made to feel very welcome and a valued guest from arrival despite there being a lot of VIPs arriving at same time...

Very big hotel and very busy with both meetings, conferences and tourists.I stayed in the hotel for business, for 6 nights rooms are a bit old especially the toliet and bathtubs. The experience outside was great with the animals in the vicinity. The service was great staff were very helpful and polite.I would recommend the hotel for a family vacation...

2 nights here in a 'suite'. Yes we had a lounge but it's a bit old and tatty. We had to ask for a replacement bedside light as one was missing. We also had an open detector on the ceiling with bared wires. This never did get looked at despite several requests. My wife also fell down due to a...

I enjoyed magnificent sun rises here. The hotel is huge and nestled on the hills overlooking the falls. It has a sparkling swimming pool and big golf course. The resort seems to have a lot of events such as conferences and weddings and,can be a little crowded especially for breakfast. The resort seems to be deteriorating faster than the maintenance...

I stayed at elephant hills for 4 nights and I enjoyed every bit of it. Prompt service, good food, warm and excellent staffs who are always very helpful and we'll kept surroundings. It's not unusual to see monkeys, and other kind of wildlife roam the surrounding. If you like an early morning jog, you'll find a good route. I actually...

I enjoyed my stay at Elephant Hills Resort. It indeed is a resort for business and leisure! We travelled as a couple. We expected a clean and comfortable room for our three nights stay. We got more! Our room was underground, with access to the grounds. I would recommend you choose one like that if you have a few hours...

Rooms were a big, views from balcony were beautiful, staff was super friendly and the activities desk was amazing. We were there for three days and were able to see so much. That was a good amount of time, but there was no rest for the weary.

Hotel, transportation and Wheelchair Accessibility The Hotel is in need of an upgrade, in fact its more than 5 years overdue. There is a lot of ramps in the hotel for access although a lot of them is very steep and I needed assistance(of which there is an abundance of) on most of them. I wanted to visit the pool...

Dear Rikuslouw Thank you for the review of your stay with us. The hotel is a true historical grand lady being one of the older hotels. You can see the styling to be grand with older amenities such as a noisier air conditioner and adhoc working elevators. the room styling is nice but what makes the hotel great is the view of the falls and the bushveld in from of the hotel...
