This is a good hotel located out of the centre of Tunis. The room was clean with good facilities. The staff were helpful and polite. Drinks in the bar are pricey for Tunis and the food was average. Reception staff accommodating. Free wi if in lobby.

Stayed at this hotel for a week and found this to be a pleasant stay and found the staff friendly. The pool was very nice but busy with other guests. Smking is a bit of a problem as we asked many times for no smoking seats but found that there was know real area dedicated for this. Ths food however...

I stayed during a week of curfews and got the impression that staff were coping as best they could. Under normal circumstances, I'd have said the service wasn't great. My room was, though, and the bathroom was palatial. I'd have been happy to hole up there. The outdoor areas are very pleasant if you can find a smoke free area.

I recently stayed on a three day trip. The staff is friendly, but check in was slow, to the point tempers have been lost by other guests. As other reviewers have noted, wireless is erratic. It can be out for days. When it does work, it "runs" at (pre global warming) glacial speed. Note to management--- from comments I've seen...

I've stayed in this hotel for a few months, so it almost became a 2nd home for a while. Yes, if you're not a smoker it can be a bit difficult to stay in the lobby, but there are non-smoking rooms available which are very nice. The rooms are nicely furnished and quite spacious. Both sides of the hotel have...

Overall the place might not have been too bad for a business trip, but the constant exposure to cigarette smoke was the pits. I respect local customs and habits, so if smoking is 'in', so be it. But why can a Sheraton branded hotel not provide some non smoking areas? The lobby lounge is spacious and bright, but every seat...

Reasonably priced and located at the highest point on the outskirts of town. Nice views from a balcony badly in need of renovation. In fact, all of the grounds and exterior of the hotel look shabby. The Club Floor Lounge was pretty basic with no hard liquor, only local wine, at "Happy Hour". Food in the coffee shop was ok....

I have stayed at the Sheraton Tunis several times now and cannot believe how awful a Sheraton Hotel can be. If you are a smoker it’s a real paradise as the public area are generally crowded with smokers. You are lucky if you can find a corner free from the smog.
