We decided to pay the rate for this hotel which was more expensive than others in its category and in truth this hotel was not worth $232usd. The rooms were old fashioned and old a bit 1980's the bathroom was in need of a desperate renovation and in general the whole place alike. If I can commend something was the...

The hotel is walking distance from the city centre with some nice places to eat nearby. The ferry terminal is about 1 km away and there are ferries to Zanzibar several times a day. The harbour is close by. The hotel is nice and cosy. Staff is friendly and helpful. Traffic to airport is really bad most of the day....

1st time to Tanzania. Only stay 2 nights for meeting. No expectation on the hotel at all. It comes up quite fine. Staff is friendly. Room is clean. Air condition is a bit weak but acceptable. Free internet but slow, texting is ok. There is a shopping mall (I guess) nearby but I don't have chance to go there. In...

The hotel has an old fashion rooms but good ones with a good size TV. The main restaurant of the hotel is perfect, all the meals are good and I stayed their 3 nights, they change the food a little bit everyday. One thing I dislike is the staff, they are not friendly so much.

First things first, the car provided for airport pick up and drop off service by the hotel is a land rover discovery, for the petrol head in me, the chance to be driven to the hotel in what is perhaps one of the smoothest drives I've ever had was already a plus. Once at the hotel, the check in is...

I was been there for a week. It was a nice business stay. Amenities were bit costly. This was the stay arranged by CII. High classy and comfortable. Area is OK. Market places and food complexes are with in 1km surroundings. Bit far from airport. Good star hotel.

After you pass thru the two security checks, you enter into a solid business hotel. Great internet, good service, solid comfort and average food. The grounds are a little worn but I don't think many people are hanging out at this hotel for the pool or restaurant. Its like a Hilton hotel with a little cultural flair.
