Great room with excellent air conditioning. Staff very friendly and efficient - remember to tip ! Bar and breakfast slow, but only to be expected. The hotel is very over staffed. It was undergoing reconstruction of the restaurant, and we had to go a long way outside to a large tent for the bar and breakfast - not good. Excellent...

The rooms were big and carpeted floors were a comfort with kids. The furniture was clumsy so didn't feel worth spending on so much.. Mattress was also not up to expectations. We were a a couple with two small kids age 5 and 2. House keeping service needs improvement. We were there for 7 days and had to ask them...

We were booked into this hotel for a night before our flight to the Selious Game Reserve. The trip to the hotel (starting around 5:00pm) was a horror show - 3 hours to travel 18K. And, upon arrival, the room for the 3 of us was not made up with the extra bed. They brought in an extra mattress which...

We had a brief stopover at the Serena & had a good stay. Seemingly there are no hotels at the airport so this one is as well placed as most. It was a good 25 minute journey but in heavy traffic could take considerably longer we are told. It's an attractive enough place, well run with a good tuned in...
