If your fascination takes you to this charming country, be sure to try this charming little B&B as an alternative to a hotel whilst in Tanger. Specifically ask for the room at the top with it's own private terrace overlooking the Kasbah and out to sea. Sleep with the doors open and savor the Moroccan night air, there's nothing quite...

Service is good (but slow) and staff is friendly. Yet, the place itself is like a hell if you don't fell comfortable in small places. Decoration is so overwhelming that you cannot even breathe... You can find decorative pieces from all over the world, from Chinese lucky cats to African masks. They should get rid of all the decorative pieces...

I have read some of the other reviews on here and found a few comments about the staff unlike anything we experienced. Yes, some of the staff speak little or no English; who really cares, they were still helpful and it IS Morocco. We were never propositioned about going anywhere, nor were we pressured into taking this tour or that...

The hotel and rooms are beautifully furnished. The staff and owner are friendly. The food we were served for dinner was very good. Breakfast was fit for a king and served on the top floor. There is a resident cat that likes to sit on your lap.

We had a wonderful stay at Dar Sultan. The Dar Sultan Riad is well located in the Kasbah (near the Sultan’s Palace) and location is great to explore the Medina and Tanger. All walking distance. We stayed for a full week, taking our time to explore Tangier and its surrounding. Dar Sultan offers a great opportunity to experience life in...

We booked our overnight stay in Tangier based on the generally good Trip Advisor reviews, combined with a peek at the hotel's own website. The pictures there are but a small reflection of the glories of the physical space. It's one of the most exquisite riads we've ever seen, magnificently appointed with North African arts and crafts and exuding old-world...

Thanks for your opinion for which I am very sensitive because during my trip to Santa Fe, at hotel Santa Fe and Spa, I was amazed... I am very disappointed in your opinion from a connoisseur. Thank you first for our House, you did come that one night and we were absent with my wife for a week in Casablanca....

This Riad is exactly what my daughter and I envisioned Morocco would be like! Colourful and vibrant, the hotel is situated right in the Medina. The owners are a lovely couple and their son couldn't have been more attentive and helpful during out very short stay there. Our room was perched at the top of the Riad with a beautiful...

I really don't know where to begin...we stayed, my boyfriend and I, only two nights and were very sorry to leave. The staff made us feel at home from the beginning and pampered us like we were family. The place is beautifully decorated and has two terraces which are breathtaking. We simply adored our room, and found it very comfortable....

We stayed two nights in the Dar Sultan and loved every minute of it. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean and lovely decorated. You can take the excellent breakfast on the terrasse and enjoy the view on the city. For the second night, we opted for the dinner menue in the house which was...

Tangier was a lovely surprise! Even though the medina is not very big, I loved walking around it. And at the end of the day, really enjoyed returning to our Dar Sultan guest house. Located pretty much on top of the hill, very central in the medina, this small 6-room property is very charming with great staff. Authentically decorated, the...
