Wife and I stayed here for two nights in mid-April...a taxi into the Kasbah from the port cost us 3 Euros, and the usual scams and conmen were extant...but walking through that door puts one in another world. We were escorted upstairs to the roof terrace and looked out across the Straits to see the southern coast of Spain and...

We stayed at La Tangerina on our last night in Morocco - after an 8 day visit to the country. What a genteel and gracious place after the sometimes confusing chaos we had previously experienced. This place is beautiful and quiet and there is a feeling it was lately occupied by the colonial French. There was even a working antique...

Despite having to pay an eye watering €10 taxi fare from the port, when €4 was already extravagant and then pay a cheeky young lad a further €5 "to lead" me to the Tangerina, which turned out to be 10 steps away, I was still charmed by the place on arrival. Situated in the atmospheric Kasbah with breathtaking views across...

Most things of mport have already been said by others. The wonderful atmospheric building and rooms, a view that compares to any in the world and a breakfast the starts the whole day off on the right foot. The location is perfect in the quiet Kasbah but a reasonably easy walk to anywhere in the medina. We travel in europe...

My son and I traveled to Tangier in Dec 2012 and stayed here two nights. What a lovely, quiet respite in a crazy, bustling city! This riad is located at the top of one of the hills in the medina of Tangier. Although not real easy to locate (this was our first time in Tangier) we received some great guidance...

We spent one night here in April 2012. It seemed our taxi would never get there, as it is far up into the city and near the Kasbah. Very quiet (except of course for the "call to prayer" and the friendly rooster who awakened us!). As my husband became ill and we could not go out to enjoy the sights,...

We stayed in 15 different places during our trip to Morocco and I have to say the Tangerina was the closest to perfection. Every detail has been thought so you feel like you are on a little cloud during the whole stay in terms of service, cleanliness of the rooms but mostly comfort. For us it was way more than...

Where to begin? The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the medina, behind a door that closes out all the dust and noise and presents a serene escape. We were welcomed with a smile and tea, and led to a beautifully appointed room. Ours was #10, on the top floor, with a private terrace as well as immediate...

This is a superb place to stay in Tangiers. In fact, you could relax here for a week without leaving the premises. La Tangerina is tastefully furnished with deliberately 'shabby chic' pieces and the ground floor is great to chill out. Breakfast was excellent, served on the rooftop with the best views of any competing hotel. My only niggle with...

We came here on our honeymoon and spent a few nights here. Our room had an ocean view but not all do. The service was extremely friendly and helpful when requested with solid comman of English. Just minutes from the market and restaurants. The rooftop terrace was perfect for a lazy afternoon/evening. Wifi is free but spotty and dinner is...
