This hotel, although generally good, should be avoided in the short term as there is constant all day long building work going on directly next door. The piledriving, banging and drilling stop any attempt to relax in your room.

Sorry, i have no suggestions other than to keep trying.
Just make sure you're calling the right numbers.... the phone system in Morocco occassionally gets updated and therefore phone numbers can change.
