Mooneem, the receptionist is really friendly and helpful, the whole place looks pretty, especially the roof terace where you will have breakfast. Our room was pretty, clean and spacious. The location is fine, in the old centre, which is a bit of a maze, but you'll find your way soon enough.

riad Hiba is sited within the Medina itself and is signposted so once you see the first sign from the road is easy to find, however, upon arrival the owner walked back with us to ensure our car was parked ok and helped us with our bags. The riad was so beautiful as was our room and also had air... More

Friendly staff, cheap compared to other riads. Great view from the roof top terrace, where breakfast is also served. Lovely decorated rooms. Be aware that the riad closes at midnight. It is not difficult to find the riad as one can follow the signs from the more visited spots of the medina through smaller streets to the riad.

a really nice place to stay in meknes, well located near the major sights the riad looks and feels like a little oriental palace, lots of typical decorations the rooms have all the modern amenities, like aircon, flatscreen tv, wireless, hot shower breakfast is served on the terrace on the roof, really relaxing!

Riad Hiba is Moroccan owned and the owner's son is a sweet and pleasant man who is always smiling. The room that we had was superbly decorated with authentic Moroccan craft on the walls. It even had a flat screen tv in the room which is not usual for a riad in Morocco. For the price that we paid, it... More

A nice choice for something a little special at a reasonable price. We stayed only one night but were pleased with the look of the place, the location, the staff and the breakfast. It was easy to find and good value for money, had lovely hot showers and a clean bathroom. Beautiful decor and three terraces to choose from, one... More

+ The location is great, just in the earth of the Medina. The hotel decoration is fantastic and the terrace very pleasant. Very good breakfast. Staff were kind and helpful. - The bathroom was not very clean and some of the utilities were broken. The bed matrices were very hard and not too comfortable.

For the price, Riad Hiba was a great choice. We stayed 3 nights. The staff was helpful with advice, but didn't have a map, nor were they able to arrange a tour or help us find a taxi. The room was fine, but nothing special. The air-conditioning didn't work well. The bathroom was typically Moroccan with no shower walls, just... More

We stayed here one night in Meknes on our way to Voloubillis (ancient roman ruins). I would say that the decor and architectural intricacies in the Riad and in the rooms were very fascinating and eye catching (Moorish architecture with Persian color scheme). The room and the bathroom as such were on the smaller side. Didn't bother too much about... More

I stayed here with a friend of mine for 2 nights and we were very impressed with the place. The decor is beautiful and our room was small but comfortable. it was the cheapest accommodation in Meknes that we could find, however this is not reflected in the quality! the man who ran the place (can't remember his name now)...
