Interconnecting double rooms on the ground floor, perfect with kids. Staff are extremely helpful, provide a map and say how much things should cost. Clean, safe and friendly. Excellent food, Harira soup not to be missed.

When you arrive you don't know where are they taking you. You have to walk through a narrow pathway but once the door opens you will find a precious place. Kind staff, great room. Nice terrace with small rooftop s/pool. Wifi is free. Congratulations for this nice hotel

Riad Aya was very nice. Cosy rooms, nice rooftop, delicious food and friendly staff. We did a couple of riads but we prefered riad aya because of the personal treatment and the typical marrocan style. It also has a very good location if you like culture.

This lovely riad was beautifully appointed and very comfortable, in spite of the unseasonably cold weather during our visit. The manager was a very helpful concierge for us, recommending sites to visit, providing guidance on taxi fares and booking spa appointments for us. The other guests were a friendly mix of Europeans and Australians. We had a terrific visit.

We booked the Safran room for five nights (two people, separate beds) for our January stay in Marrakech. We had a hotel SUV pick us up from the airport and drive us straight to the city, with the driver walking us to the Riad because it's not on a main street. Once inside a beautiful garden, a very kind lady...

This is definitely a unique place in Marrakech. Lovely hotel, intimate place, beautiful rooms, well located, good internet and very, very nice people to serve you. You will walk through very local tiny alleys that will make you feel scared before reaching the hotel door but yes, that's the place. Sofia, the general manager, makes all she can for a...

There is a nice view of Marrakech from the rooftop as well with many lounge chairs and small pool. Wifi worked well and breakfast times were very flexible. Sofia and Simo took great care of us over 3 nights and I look...
