Hotel Toulousain may look un-assuming from the inside, but the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly. The hotel is located just behind the Carre Eden Mall in the new city and is central to EVERYTHING! I really enjoyed my stay here, especially since I was traveling alone. They also speak English so it's convenient should you...

We have our own apartment in Marrakech so we did not stay at the hotel, but my husband and I do recommend the new restaurant in the hotel's quiet courtyard. We had lunch there on a hot day but found a nice shady table. Our salads were a bit so so -- the Moroccan salad was not typical and my...

While Hotel Toulousain may lie a bit of a walk from Jemaa al-Fnaa and the Marrakshi medina, its location ensures a calm night and easy access to the train and bus stations (~10-15 minute walk from each). In short, it's perfect for people passing through town. The cheapest rooms are ~$15-20 and have shared bathrooms. I stayed in them on...

I spend in this hotel 7 days. Rooms are clean but there is no room service during your stay. Staff friendly and helpful. There is free wifi all over the place. No A/C which is a little bit problem. Hotel is situated in the Gueliz, about 20min walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa. There is no parking spot, if you hire a...

I stayed here the 2nd time I was in Marrakech when I couldn't face the Medina again. It's in the new area and 15mins walk to the train station and Supatourers bus station. Wifi worked in the room. It was a large, quiet and clean room (but old and tired). Paid 230dh for a room with ensuite and breakfast (from...

I have mixed feeling about this hotel. The night before coming there I booked a room online. This took me an hour while communication back and forth with a staff member. The hotel itself was nice. I booked a room with a bathroom and shower. The room was clearly newly renovated and looked beautiful. However very small, also for the...

Located on a quiet downtown street. Close to restaurantes. Best of all, the Literary Caffe, next door of hotel sells beer! (and other drinks). Rooms are old styled and very spacious. There are rooms with shared bathroom or with private bathroom. Not so far form the medina, its posible to walk from hotel to main square of medina.

Fine stay in the modern part of Marrakech. Friendly staff, basic and small breakfast, free WiFi. Location is convenient, it is a quite area just one block away from the main street. One detail to keep in mind: there was no airco and in summer it is about 38 degrees.

For the price, this is a good option for a short stay in Marrakesh. It is located near some good international restaurants and in the same courtyard as the excellent Cafe Livre. Rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. The strangest thing was the lack of a door to the toilet/bathroom so very little privacy if, like me, that bothers...

I guess some folks love to do the medina experience but there's lots to love in Marrakech's Gueliz area and this budget hotel is friendly and in a great location near important places like Cafe du Livre, the Carrefour supermarket, and Grand Cafe Poste. Nothing fancy but the beds are pretty comfortable and if you are willing to go with...
