Situated right in the heart of the city, just a few pokey roads off the main road, this beautiful and welcoming Riad had everything that anyone could want. Although small in riad standards (only four bedrooms - we had the place to ourselves which was amazing!), it's views of the atlas region, and lovely roof garden make for a great... More

Peter's Riad Dar Zaman was our home during our one month visit to Morocco. The location is perfect in the Medina. It is a beautiful romantic place (candles are everywhere at night). After being picked up from the airport, Peter and Hassan took the time to brief us properly to make sure that our stay will be an enjoyable experience... More

Very relaxed and friendly riad. Lovely decor throughout. Nothing is too much trouble for Peter and his charming staff. Candlelit by night, home-made yoghourt in the morning, delicious evening meal if you choose to dine in - I would recommend this riad to my friends without a doubt.

Having been recommended to Marrakech and Dar Zaman by friends, we felt confident that we were going to love it and boy did we! The Riad is beautiful, clean and so, so quiet. Once in the peaceful haven of the Riad, it is hard to believe that you are in the heart of the old town, which is bonkers, but... More

This Riad is in the center of the medina and is an oasis of quiet and good taste. We had our 7 year old son with us and he was warmly welcomed. The cooking at this Riad is spectacular and much better than even the large luxury hotel we stayed in when we first arrived in the city. I strongly... More

What can I say ....... but lovely riad and great staff. A relaxing retreat from the hustle & bustle of the medina. Great trips out to Atlas Mountains & Essaouira Hassam and Kebira were fab, with nothing too much trouble.

The Riad was just as described. Peter and his staff Hassam and Kebira were great - nothing was too much trouble for them. Great breakfast on the roof terrace, central location in the Medina. No problems at all. Room was clean and comfortable, water in the shower always hot when you wanted it - We had a freak heatwave of... More

The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. They spent time with us and made sure we had everything we needed. We were really impressed with their caring. We ate a fabulous dinner which was prepared perfectly in the dining room filled with candlelight. The menu was full of choices but we asked to be surprised and our... More

Beautiful Riad, quiet, safe and secure, fantastic to escape the hustle and bustle of the medina. Over tea and cake, Peter gave us a warm welcome and great introduction to Marrakech, enabling two female travellers to get lost with confidence in the Souks. An exceptionally friendly staff team who couldn't do enough for us - fantastic food, endless cups of... More
