We stayed overnight in Marrakech for 1 night and this Riad was recommended to us. It's great value and only 5 mins from the main square but far enough away to be a quiet haven from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. The family were so accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very keen to warn us...

We have just stayed, and it was great. The family owned and operated Business was value for money. Safe, secure and clean. The best towels in 12 weeks of hosteling through Europe and girls there is even an extra one for wet hair. I dispute others complaints, clean yes! And for gods sake the building is 200 years old Secure,...

The riad itself was fine: great location, nice owner, friendly staff but unfortunately one of them was a thief which is why I have only given it one star! The roof terrace is not in use and dirty. The breakfast is basic (Moroccan breads and honey) but adequate. The air conditioning is only available in the better ooms upstairs.

I usually do not insert complaints about the hotels I had stayed, but this one I felt I should share my experience there. Really precarious installations; clogged drain, heating not working, unfinished floor and walls, no cover sheet, shower holder broken. We had to wait around 25 min to get our breakfast cause there's only one staff to do that....

to be perfectly honest this riad is not good, the rooms are old and dirty and even though the riad is super close to Plaza Djemaa el Fna it felt a little bit unsafe for two girls to walk around at night. (nothing happened to us though) On a bright note, Hassan, the manager is so helpful and nice that...

Pros: Hassan, the manager, is nice. The breakfast is small but tasty and traditional (mint tea, freshly squeezed orange juice, bread, honey). The patio is peaceful. There was hot water in the bathroom. Cons: The rooms are in pretty bad shape. They are old and musty. There was no A/C and it was much needed. Rooms were not very clean...

We booked Riad Adraoui online for two nights and absolutely hated it! Unfortunately, we were offered the worst room in the house - room number 5! The shower did not work, there was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom, the room itself was very small, dirty and basic with no storage space. We didn't find the staff particularly helpful...

The website that calls this a "backpackers' hostel" is accurate. It is acceptably clean (though only one sheet is provided), the rooms are private, the place is safe and secure. But--unless you are very young and very tolerant of other guests who can stay up late in the courtyard talking loudly and having a good time when other (perhaps older)...
