Best experience and a unique sort of stay, warm experience and very peaceful. Went in December 2015 around Christmas time and never expected to see Christmas decor in Morocco. Hotel service is really genuine, they had emailed us beforehand about the dinner event plan on Christmas night, after a long day of traveling from Casablanca and then walking around Medina,...

Fabulous place in an authentic area of the dynamic city! Outstanding staff, amazing quality of food & Lovely rooms.you definitely do not expect this fancy place, when the driver drops you off in this hectic, noisy & dirty area! Highly recommend to have breakfast at the terasse.

It's amazing to think that through one small door you find this Riad, but once there it is a well run, efficient oasis in an otherwise hectic and sometimes stressful old city. The staff were excellent, happy to do anything (within reason) such as go outside and get you anything you need food / drinks wise if it was not...

This was our first visit to a riad in marrekesh. It was incredible to enter this oasis after a busy day in the hustle and bustle of the medina. The rooms were beautiful, very unusual. There were some housekeeping issues, so don't expect the slickness of a 5 star hotel. The male waiting staff were very friendly, they gave advice...

We arranged a transfer from the airport which was 15 € , the price locally should be70 /80 dirham but you wouldn't necessarily know that when you arrived. It was good to have someone waiting for us at the airport and not have to worry about getting to the Riad and walking the last bit to the door .Really lovely...

Although hard to find and a little off the beaten track this Riad exudes calmness amongst the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. The tranquility of the open air pool and rooftop terrace makes for a perfect place to recoup, relax and read. The staff, in particular a chap named Joel, was informative, helpful and couldn't have done more for us.

I spent a week here with my girlfriend and we both loved the place. The Taxi dropped us off in the medina, where locals were gathered doing their shopping, relaxing or getting shelter from the 40 degree heat. Motorbikes slowly weaved in between the people on foot and the smell of street food filled the air. A short walk led...

My experience with this hotel is horrible. Due to miscommunication from both sides. They have devited my creditcard. And kept the money. Even after a lot of calling etc, from my side. They kept the money. It was a very unfair situation, and I would question your stay in this hotel. As they are only after money

First time writing a review I thought it was only right to do one for Riad shama. Absolutely amazing place from the moment you walk in. Its true what previous reviews have put its a "Hidden gem" right in the middle of the busy and vibrant residential area of the medina. Staff so welcoming and attentive. Breakfast lovely continental /...
