Pros: good location and great staff. Cons: - misleading promotional photos. We booked the Superior room for the big bath tub. Unfortunately the hot water tank is not big enough to fill more than 1/5 of the bath tub so unless you enjoy cold baths - don't bother. We spoke to the staff about this and the owner of the...

This is a beautiful accommodation. We arranged collection from the airport which went smoothly. We had a meal on our first evening and it was delicious. They organised a trip to the Atlas Mountains which I would recommend. There is also a hammam around the corner which is worth a visit-book first! Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful riad with wonderfully friendly staff. Abdel was great from the moment we booked our room and helped to arrange an airport pickup and dinner the evening we arrived, which was a welcome relief after traveling from Singapore to London and London to Marrakech within a 24-hour period. We stayed in the Syrius room, which was clean and spacious -...

Really pleasant staff and good food, but ridiculous taxi fares around Medina. We were charged Dh 150 for a 1km trip that last less than 5minutes. Really put me in a bad mood for my birthday dinner. A joke! Just because I am a tourist and it was my first time in Marrakesh i don't think it is acceptable to...

After a day in stressful Marrakech and you knock the door to get in to the riad, a always smiling woorker will open for you, and you step in to this perfect, clean and peaceful place. The whole riad is kept in a modern arabic style and there is lots of places to relax in there: the ground floor with...

My wife and I have recently returned from a wonderful three nght stay at Riad Altair and would definitely recommend it to others. The Riad itself is lovely and is located within walking distance of all of the main attractions that both the Medina and the modern city have to offer. Despite its central location the Riad is very peaceful...

We stayed here for three nights on a flying visit to Marrkech, my third visit to the city. Abdel, the manager was incredibly helpful, emailing information on and also arranging transfers, as well as supper for our first night as we landed in the evening. It was very tasty. The staff were unfailingly friendly, but in a way that is...

Stayed for 3 nights in this riad and would definitely recommend this little gem. The staff were so friendly, they could not do enough for you. We had a delightful birthday meal on the top terrace, the food was very tasty and beautifully presented. The breakfast is wonderful, each morning something different is prepared freshly. Rooms are immaculate and very...
