We were 5 ladies staying at this Riad in 2 rooms for 4 nights. This is the 3rd Riad I have stayed in & I would rate it the best for the following reasons which made it stand out from the others :- Location - very close to the main square down well lit, clean walk ways. Attention to detail... More

For many years now and under a few different administrations, we have been staying at El Arsa; the first on my 60th birthday. It is situated conveniently to the SE, a little way off Jamaâ el Fnaa - that huge main entertainment square in the city. Originally, on that first visit ten years ago, it was owned by an English... Myself and 2 friends stayed here for 5 days whilst visiting Marrakech. It is a beautiful building, feels like a truly authentic place to stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable with Ac and private bathrooms with an enormous bath. Additionally the staff were polite and helpful and happy. On the first day they provided us with a map with... More

The staff was always their to answer questions and help me plan my day. The Riad was very clean, beautiful, comfortable, and relaxing. Location is close to the main square. The only way I could criticize this is by nit-picking, (The wi-fi didn't work on one corner of my bed, and extra water cost 20 MAD), but that shouldn't discourage... More

Really like this place! The good: 1) Conveniently located a few blocks off the main square 2) Really captures the feel of a Moroccan Riad. Great attention to detail. 3) Great service--helped us set up driver from Fes, Marrakech tour, airport transfer, luggage, etc... 4) Great breakfast and fabulous view from roof! Woo, the Atlas Mountains with snow is quite... More

Our rooms were excellent, Noel, Fabrice, SiMo, and Abdul were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included and it was excellent, For two days, we had plans earlier than the... More

I chose to book the entire riad for our group of 10 and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The service, staff, food and bedding and the little touches are just way above and beyond. There is one soft pillow and one firm pillow for your choosing, there is a phone for you to take with you pre-programmed in... More

The Riad El Arsa was a perfect place for us. The owner, Noel and staff attended to our every need. Noel provided information and directions about the points of interest and he was always "right on". The room was peaceful and beautiful. We were served mint tea when we returned from our excursions. The breakfasts on the rooftop terrace were... More
