Friendly staff and very spacious! Manager is very helpful and can speak English, as well as French and Arabic. Setting made our stay special. It is walking distance to lots of the attractions and good restaurants.

The hotel is pleasantly idyllic but an antiquated site. It has a traditional Moroccan feel, very stony. Not roomy and definitely not for privacy. It is difficult to locate but most of these type of hotels are in the Medina (they are actually old style houses converted into bedsit). It is an adventure to find it. We stayed for 7nights...

We recently came got back from our trip in Marrakech where we had such a great stay at the Dar Malak. We went to Morocco to celebrate a double event and we had such a sublime welcome upon our arrival. I had communicated with the Dar beforehand to arrange us airport transfers and other optional services that they can provide...

... there is no other way to describe it. Pleasant hosts, super service and located bang in the center of Medina, yet quiet. Don't get me wrong, we are not talking about a super luxury kind of place here. You could not reasonably expect this for this kind of money. And yes, some parts are in need of a bit...

I have just returned from a week in Marrakech with my mother. We had a brilliant stay there, the Riad is beautiful and very well located- right next to medina with taxi rank a few minutes walk away. Dar malak was like a retreat from the hustle and bustle of the souks, so peaceful there! Eric, the owner, couldn't have...

Eric works hard, very hard to make this Riad a home away from home. He is friendly speaks perfect English and knows what U.S. visitors need. I have traveled a few times to this city and have stayed in a few places but this is by far and beyond the best. Not only because of its location and style but...

Recently returned from a wonderful stay with Eric and his small team of staff. He arranged airport transfers for me and even walked me to the main Square so that I could get my bearings. I loved the delicious breakfasts which were served on the roof terrace and each day something else was introduced. One breakfast I had a beautiful...

My family-two adult children, my husband and I-spent three days at Dar Malak. Eric, the owner, went out of his way to be helpful. The first morning he sat down with us at breakfast with brochures, a map, and great advice. The second day he even walked us to a store we wanted to go to that was hard to...

I stayed in Marrakech for a few days and was very glad I chose Dar Malak. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Eric's advise on what to do in the city was particularly valuable. The space itself is a combination of classic Marrakech with all the comforts one may need. Breakfast on the roof terrance was one of the...
