My wife and I spent 4 days there recently and it was gem. Fantastic service, great food and unbelievable price. There was nothing to fault, except the heat of Marraekch, but this obvioulsy out of the riad´s control or nor doubt the weather would have been cooler ! Honestly, this was a real find and should our travels ever bring...

This was my first time in Marrakech. The welcome was very warm. Staff could not do enough for us. I am disabled and they helped me whenever I needed it. I was well cared for and I did not feel like an inconvenience at any time. Anytime that we needed anything at all, they were just there and sorted everything...

This was a beautiful Riad with a good location inside the old town but with easy access to the new town. The staff were exceptionally helpful and arranged pick up from the airport and were full of advise of where to go and what to see. My mother is disabled and they were very accommodating to her needs. This is...

We were treated like family by the outstanding staff, especially Mustapha and Abdess. They will pick you up and drop you off at airport, train station or anywhere. Mustapha will take you to places you want to visit as well as helping with finding places where you want to do a particular activity. For example, my husband wanted to ride...

This Riad is a gem in the heart of Marrakech... The rooms are carefully and artistically designed, the tiling and decorations breathtaking.. Makes you feel you're in an authentic Moroccan mini castle. All the workers go above and beyond in terms of service every time no matter what time of day. We were left feeling fully taken care of. The...

I can not say much more thatn everyone has mentioned before. You are met by the riad's own personal driver, that was included in the price as we booked direct witht he hotel. Mustapah (who spoke perfect English) the driver greeted us with a smile and insisted he carried our luggage to the waiting car. The hotel is around a...

We had a fantastic stay at the Riad El Mansour. A peaceful and tranquil base to explore the bustle of the old city. The holiday started well, met at the airport by our driver who walked us to the Riad from his car, which otherwise might have been tricky to find. The staff were attentive and highly knowledgeable and nothing...

I am not normally a person that leaves reviews on such websites, but feel compelled to after our stay at this hotel . We booked directly with the Riad to take advantage of the complimentary airport transfers We were given free drinks on the sun drenched terrace along with wet towels to cook us down as Abdess had a chat...

We had taken over the Riad - a party of nine - and we got exceptional service and gorgeous food.... including our gala night dinner to celebrate Nigel's birthday (served with a chocolate birthday cake at the end!) Beautiful Riad with fabulous attention to detail....and right in the Souk, so incredibly atmospheric. We're already talking about return visits!

Stayed for a long weekend with friends. Staff were brilliant and very friendly also were excellent guides to stop us getting lost! Am missing breakfast on the roof terrace in the sunshine. The rooms are very good and attractively furnished and it was a great place to relax.
