We are a family of four, with two young boys. We toured Morocco with Magic Lamp Tours and during our stay in Marrakech, we had a chance to stay in Riad Orientale for two nights. It is a beautiful old restored home in an ideal location in the heart of Marrakech. What made the stay truly memorable was the antique...

Stayed here for 3 nights with friends. Rooms were spacious. Food servings were generous and delicious. Location is smack right into the souk. Superb staff service, special shoutout to Latifah and Amine who made our stay comfortable. Another plus is the cute cat, Mimi, a mainstay at the Riad. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent experience! This small riad isn't glamorous, but it is friendly, clean, has the best staff; charming, and a terrific location. Latifa is a wonderful hostess and made our 6 day stay in the Medina easy. She checked in with us everyday to see if we needed anything to include help getting around in the city. From stepping out of...

My partner and I stayed at this gem of a Riad for three nights and had a truly wonderful time there. We arranged with the Riad for a taxi to meet us at the airport and on arrival at the Riad we were greeted by Latifa the manager. Latifa, who speaks perfect english was delightful and nothing was too much...

Great proactive approach from Hugo before we arrived to ensure we can find the place as it is hidden among many small streets and only few meters from the Jemaa El Fna. Very warm welcome by Latifa local manager. She was really great trying to support all our requests and wishes. 100% service. Great central location, clean. Rooms are a...

Spent 4 nights with friends at the Riad and the stay was perfect!! This is the second time I have stayed here and know I will be back again at some point. The Riad is immaculately kept and has an intimate feel with a beautiful courtyard. The staff go out their way to make you feel 'at home'. In terms...

Since my first stay in 2007 at this lovely and authentic Riad in the heart of the Medina very close to the big square i consider this house as my second home. Individually decorated rooms around a typical moroccan patio with mosaic fountain and orange trees - all traditionally reconstructed by the hands of moroccan craftsmen. Enjoy the calm atmosphere...

We were booked in Riad de l'Orientale as part of a guided tour where the accommodation was prearranged for us. Riad de l'Orientale proved to be a very enjoyable one night stay for us. Latifah was very helpful and engaging on arrival, which was very appreciated since it was our first day in Morocco. The Riad's courtyard is beautiful and...

Stayed at this Riad for 4 nights with a friend- cannot fault it at all! So close to the square (about a 1 minute walk) yet so peaceful we could not hear a thing at night. Sheets were cleaned and room cleaned every day, hot water shower, lovely staff. Very very affordable and absolutely worth every penny. They arranged a...

“We had first two rooms on the left as you come up the stairs one double, one with twin beds-both were great. There is a room at the top of the riad with a little private terrace above the main roof terrace which has a great lounging area. The couple staying in that room were pleased as well.”
