My partner and I have been exploring Morocco and traveling in pursuit of interesting experiences and beautiful retreats. The highlight of our many luxurious accommodations was, Les Jardins d'lissil. I'm a fussy hotelier from Sydney Australia and let me tell you, this beautiful tented resort has the 'wow' factor we loved in every way - I could not fault it....

Glamping in gardens full of glorious flowering shrubs - stunning colours and scents. The 'tents' are buildings with a canvas roof, all traditionally decorated although they seemed to vary a bit in how interesting they were. Some looked a little tired. Ensuite bathrooms with toilet are basically part of the bedroom, separated by only a curtain and there is also...

We had spent 2 nights in the madness of Marrakech so were looking forward to some peace and quiet at this place and we weren't disappointed. The glamping 'tents' are dotted around a large area of gardens and we were in no. 9 'Ifni' - it was like being in a disco ball (if you stay in it you'll know...

Les Jardin d'Issil is a little bit of a contradiction. It is a resort in a beautiful location with great gardens courtesy of the hardworking gardner & staff and the 'glamping' concept is a good one and we had a fantastic 4 night holiday there, but there is no doubt there is much work to do for the place to...

Stayed just 2 nights in this beautiful oasis.. first time I had been glamping so not sure what to expect but the Caidale tent was luxurious with en suite shower room and dressing room a huge very comfortable bed with beautiful drapes. It was quiet and secluded yet only a few steps from the lovely swimming pool with views of...

Spent four nights at Jardins d'issil in one of the tents, which was clean and comfortable. Could have done with more than one small bar of soap! The whole place is in need of a refurbishment, all looking very tired, but has only just been taken over by Marcel and his team so hopefully things will change. Food wasn't good,...

What a bunch of amazing people at Les Jardins d'Issil! My daughter and I stayed here 2 nights after an eventful and rather unpleasant experience in Marrakesh. It was like a safe haven! Marcel the owner offered to take us around Marrakesh and show us the area to make up for the awful time we had (for free and out...

This is approx 30mins from the airport and 45mins from Marrakech medina and you feel you are out in the countryside. First impressions on arrival were good and we were welcomed with a pot of mint tea. We were a little unsure what our tent was going to be like but when we were shown to it we were blown...

This is one of the worst places I have ever stayed! It is a shame as it has huge potential, it is in beautiful surroundings and has a niche however none of this had been realised. We learnt on the last day that the hotel had recently been taken over by a new manager and all the staff were brand...

My husband and I visited on our last night in Morocco. We had driven a good section of the country and were very tired so it was going to take a lot to impress us. Mohammed did just that. He was kind, attentive, and truly cared how our stay was. The property is tranquil with a wonderful garden walking path,...
