Greeted by staff as not first time guests but like friends and so the wonderful experience began. I have stayed in many hotels around the world but have never encountered such a high quality and personal service. Staff are exceptional and nothing is too much to ask. They arranged our various trips to falls, atlas mountains and etc...recommended places to... More

Hotel security was great all enclosed with gaurded gates from marrakesh. The only thing i would say that disapointed us was if you take a coach trip on your return make sure you are their... More

Angsana provided us an excellent introduction to Moroccan hospitality. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, they would even escort you to dinner to make sure you received the best tables. "Cous Cous" (nickname) & Ismail made booked table reservations and excursions for us and went the extra mile to make sure we had an amazing holiday.

Stayed here for 4 nights and had a great experience. Starting with downsides. There are 5-6 riads and we didnt know where we would stay, I think it was just allocated. We stayed at the farthest one, I would have liked it to be more clear on the booking. There was no need to visit the other riads, unless you... More

We spent the first three nights at this traditional Riad. The rooms were very comfortable, the bathrooms had all the toiletries required. Tea/coffee fascility also complimentary soft drinks in fridge. Good food, especially the lovely fresh fruit and juice at breakfast. Staff were friendly nothing was to much trouble.

We stayed 4 days/3 nights at this riad. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. They made us feel at home. Breakfast was nice and fresh. Though, some more options or a change of menu on a daily basis would have been better. Otherwise, we enjoyed every bit of our stay.

We have just stayed 4 nights in Riad Lydines part of the Angsana Group of Riads in Marrekesh. Riad Lydines is the only one of the group to be inside the Kasbah. It is therefore a 15 minute walk to the main square/Souks etc., do not be put off by this, I felt safer in the Kasbah than anywhere else.... More

We have just returned from a quick (far too short) stay in the Riad Zitoun. A bit of an interesting start from the airport to the car park area of the hotel (a short walk away). As we were in a bit of a rush to get settled and fell into the age old trap of a "local helper" showing... More
