Renaud and his staff were wonderful and truly made us feel at home in this charming riad. We travelled with a toddler, and they were very accommodating. The central location of this riad allowed us to see plenty of Marrakech while still being able to relax and let our child take a break whenever he needed it. Another highlight was...

2 wonderful R's, first R is for the riad and the 2nd R is for one of the best host Renaud. The moment we entered the riad, we were given all the required info to navigate around, lovely breakfast every morning with fresh orange juice, staff is always smiling and ready to help, walking distance to the main medina square....

My husband and I loved our stay at Riad La Terrasse des Olivers. We stayed for 3 nights before moving onto other cities in Morocco. When we arrived, the owner took the time to give us a layout and directions in the Medina (which is MUCH needed!) and recommended a few restaurants right away. The owner, and all of the...

Lovely riad, good breakfast, staff very accommodating and eager to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Rooms are very nice. The owner welcomed us, showed us a map and made good recommendations about what to do (and what to avoid). I liked the location, as we could walk further into the medina easily, but it was also...

Throughout my 2-week stay, the staff was warm and hospitable. From the fresh-squeezed orange juice each morning to the exquisitely comfortable room and bath, Riad La Terrasse des Oliveriers is THE best choice for all visitors to Marrakech. The owner speaks very good English and sets a high standard of excellence for his staff.

I've just completed a 14 day road trip to most corners of Morocco. We've stayed in multiple riads and a few hotels. Oliver's was class. Everything a traveller or holiday maker could want. Intimate but plenty of space. The roof terrace and the riad itself has room for privacy yet retains the full Moroccan charm. The owner and staff are...

From the start we were greeted by the friendly staff. The place is decorated in a traditional Moroccan style and makes you feel like its a home away from home. Its a peaceful little gem tucked away from the chaotic souks.

We've travelled widely and it's a rare occasion when a hotel will exceed our expectations, so we're very happy to be able to write a review to highly recommend Riad La Terrasse des Oliviers. Renault, the proprietor, makes a personal effort to ensure you are welcome, comfortable and well informed about the local area, including what to see, where to...

This was my first visit to Morocco so I had all the usual anxieties about getting around safely etc. but from the moment we arrived at the Riad we were made to feel so welcome and comfortable by Renaud, who gave us a crash course in Morocco, with a map, and he marked safe and interesting routes, restaurants and sites....

I'm over 50, and have been traveling my whole life, usually for business, but sometimes on vacation with my wife and/or our children. This is definitely in the top 5 most interesting hotels I've stayed at in my life. If you have ever paid to tour a castle or in this case, a compact, yet spacious and absolutely flawlessly decorated...
