The guest house looks far better in the pictures than in reality. I liked the garden and the pool area...and that's it.... The room (Ayoub) I got was small and overlooking the wall - it was dark all day long and th lights had to be on all the time. The bathroom was also small. Water was very boiling HOT...

We had our marriage here. The day before, the director of the hotel got into an argument with one of the invitees and wanted to cancel the marriage. I tried to arrange the thing and they did the minimum. They tried to profit a maximum from everything and we did not feel well attended. They have no sense of who...

I hate to give bad reviews, but this place has, to a large extent, lost its way. It was clearly designed and set up to cater for a small number of guests in luxury surroundings. However, standards have slipped and the lack of front-of-house staff makes it more like staying in a remote villa than somewhere with hotel amenities. Nice...

On a website it was listed as a recommended restaurant in Marrakech, for a romantic dinner. It is way out of the Medina, vut we didn't see that as an issue. When we arrived, the table wasn't set & it took about 20mins for a waiter to set it when I asked for it. Meanwhile, we had the chance to...

Set back away from all the riff raff. Its not too far the airport. Just dont pay more than 250 Dirrams for 4 people and make sure the taxi driver knows where hes going. Soon as we got there the taxi driver took us to some ghetto. lmao We got there in the end and we did. Wow. It was...

set in the Palmeiria, in sumptuous surroundings, its like a sultans palace, with 2 pools, in beautiful gardens. but it thinks (and charges) like a 5 star joint yet fails on small details. little things, like they provide one small plastic bottle of shampoo in a suite for 4. people. luxury bathroom, but far-from-fluffy towels. our bed was so near...

Once you lose the 4* expectations, Dar Shama is lovely. When we stayed in December it was empty - we were the only guests and that was pretty special. The service was amazing and the people who worked there very thoughtful and considerate and super kind to my daughter aged 22 months. This guest house is pretty well isolated but...

We spent one night in Dar Shama in a beautiful room with plenty of room in an exotic garden full of birdsong, with 2 bright blue swimming pools and we were waited upon like royalty and treated like friends at the same time. It's outside the main city so we were taxi-ed in and out of town, and it was...

Dar Shama, Marrakech: so great! The Dar Sharma was my first riad I stayed at during my one-week-journey throughout Marrokko - and it was even the best one! After a very very long journey ( we missed the conneting flight in Casablanca to Marrakech! ), we arrived late in the evening on M.`s Airport and it was no problem for...
