Charles is a great host. And his staff is very professional and at the same time very relaxed. With humour. The cook, I forgot her name, is a miracle. Sitting in the garden of El Asat, drink at hand, moon above, the smell of the garden, the sounds coming from the medina, everything is there to create great memories

Magical place run by amazing people! Full of character and charm, our room opened onto a gorgeous pool - website pictures really don’t do it justice. Wonderful staff and run by people I now consider to be friends. Warm and welcoming, we were truly made to feel at home.Simply stunning and I can’t recommend it enough, will definitely be going... A great oasis in the middle of town, close to all important places of the cities. A bit difficult to find at first, but worth the search in the labyrinth of the small alleys. Dont get fooled by the boys on the street who want to show you the way to overcharge you for the "help", better get a pick-up... More

We stayed here in October/Nov 2015. The welcome from Charles and his staff was very warm and the accommodation very comfortable. It was a bit too cool for us to use the pool more than once, but with warmer weather the pool and garden must be a very relaxing and beautiful place to spend time. As it was a bit... More

Once again I had a perfect stay at this peaceful oasis inside the Medina. As soon as you walk in and after all the bustle of the Medina, you enter a heaven of peace and tranquility. The service is impeccable and food could not be better. It is really worthwhile having some meals here. Fatima is a renown cook and... More

I took my mum for a few day's 'girl's' break and we loved every second of our stay. The place is absolutely magical. It feels more like staying in a private house rather than a hotel and Charles the owner made us feel right at home! It's a short walk from the souk yet feels like a million miles away... More

I taught a group of 20 people Yoga at El Arsat and chose the Riad due its location, pool and setting.we stayed two nights and took over the whole place. It was beautiful and the food and service outstanding. We were warmly welcomed by Charles and Agnes and the on site staff helped us throughout our stay and could not... More

Recently stayed 3 nights at the Riad El Arsat in Marrakech. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. The owner Charles went out of his way to help us with whatever we needed. The property was beautiful and nestled right in the old district of the medina, immersed in the Marrakechi culture. Thoroughly enjoyed the resort-like stay at this... More

Very luxurious Riad with a great larger style pool conveniently located in the medina.. Great staff and breakfast. Very romantic and a good place to stay.. Walking distance from the square but peace and serenity inside the beautiful gardens..
