We cannot recommend Dar Les Cigognes highly enough. We only stayed one night - and arrived late - as we had just come back from the Desert - but the Manager and Manageress and all of the people working at Dar Les Cigognes couldn't have been more welcoming and accommodating, with genuine warmth and hospitality. The rooms were lovely, the...

No hesitation in recommending this 11 room riad in the old part of Marrakech. It is so close to every feature of this vibrant city and yet provides a relaxing environment after the 'busyness'. It offers a very high standards that are carried through every aspect of the hotel. Our suite was in the first courtyard and it presented us...

We enjoyed every moment of our 6 nights in this beautiful riad. The staff were attentive and could not be faulted. The food was sensational, the rooms exquisite, and the traditional hamman and massage was totally unforgettable. We also enjoyed a cooking school and guided tour of the wet markets and spice stalls which was a definite highlight of our...

This Riad is simply stunning. A wonderful retreat from the bustling Medina. We could not fault anything - friendly staff, excellent food and so beautifully decorated. We also attended the cooking class - we visited the market with Pierre to buy the food, learned to make stunning 'salads', couscous and a delicious lamb and prune tagine, then sat down in...

This was without a doubt the loveliest hotel I saw in all of Morocco, and probably the nicest I've ever visited on 4 continents. The hotel is BEAUTIFUL. Gorgeous architecture and decor, a beautiful and lush rooftop. The tadelakt walls are sensuous and stunning. The location is perfect. The staff is lovely, helpful, far more service-oriented than most in Morocco....

There's an immediate sense of calm and elegance when you arrive at this lovely Riad. My bedroom was beautifully decorated and spacious, the bathroom had generous amenities - and the most enormous stone bath. Very charming & courteous staff.

I have been intrigued by Morocco since I was a teenager, but since having children and relocating to Spain I've heard mixed reviews. As soon as my family stepped foot in Dar Les Cigognes I knew we were in for a treat! Our rooms in this beautiful riad were magical. Everything from the courtyard fountain, the furniture, the lamps, the...

We stayed at this riad late March 2016. Dar les Cigognes - is a delightful guesthouse and the staff were very attentive and welcoming. Breakfast could be improved though. The decor is beautiful, stunning and our room had an authentic Moroccan atmosphere. Especially at night time when all the lamps were on and in the courtyard its like being transported...

Very friendly staff and always willing to help. Great location for walking to the main square. The food is very good however...
