I stayed in this hotel as part of Topdeck's Moroccan Explorer trip. While I see myself as a traveler who's quite happy with the basics, this was just plain unacceptable. - there was no hot water in the room and the shower head weren't working - the aircon didn't work (while 45C outside) - and what probably got to me...

I stayed at this hotel being part of the Topdeck tour Moroccan Explorer tour at the beginning and end of the tour and without any doubt in my mind this was one of the worst hotels I have ever had the misfortune of staying in. On arriving, after a long trip in from Scotland, we were left sitting in the...

I went to this hotel as part of a large group tour. I have to say that it is perhaps the worst hotel I have ever been to. Guests are greeted by bad smells and a dark, gloomy reception area. The staff will barely acknowledge you, yet alone help you. The rooms are dirty, poorly decorated and dark. You will...

My Girlfriend and I stayed at the Jnan El Harti whilst on a Moroccan Explorer trip. We stopped in two rooms whilst on the tour and I have to say, while being basic by european standards I found them both clean and comfortable. The hotel again is basic but if like me you only use your room as a place...

We were travelling through Morocco with Explore Tour, and we spent two night in this hotel. The temperature was quite high (35 C and more), and the hotel has A/C, but the system was working only as heating, because the hotel has not switch to A/C yet (at least this is the motivation that people at the reception gave us)....

There are better hotels in Marrakech for less. (Try the Hotel Agdal - it has a bar that is, well interesting). The front desk staff were really arrogant and rude as well. It's close to a few places of interest but I'd never stay there again.

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and though it is clearly not shining clean, I found it was ok for a short stay. Sure, the building is old and many repairs would need to be done. But my room was not as bad or dirty as other comments describe, the floor and the sheets were clean. I may...

I had to stay there because my tour operator had booked us in, Explore Adventure Travel, otherwise I too would have walked straight out. The most filthy depressing hole that I have ever had to stay in. Fortunately I only had to stay two nights before flying back to the UK so sleeping fully dressed and not washing was not...

This hotel is OK apart from the bathroom - a bit dark. The aircon was just a breeze but sufficient. The hotel is in a nice quite location, overlooking nice gardens. It has a little swimming pool on top of the terrace but it not big enough for a swim. There are only about 4 sunloungers, but who goes to...
