This place is great, you can't do better than Valentina, Ismail, and the rest of the excellent staff. Service and location were perfect. A beautiful home base and retreat for us while exploring Marrakech.

Our stay at this riad couldn't have been more perfect. It began with hotel staff explaining the city geography and providing us with small phones programmed to call the hotel should any difficulties arise. The riad itself is all you'd expect: exotic, original, beautiful, private and quiet when you'd like it to be. Our room was amazing, as was the...

If I only had one word to describe the experience, it would be superb! Every single aspect of this spectacular gem is superb! It is slightly hidden off a main street near Jemaa El Fna, but don’t let that deter you from booking this amazing place. Upon first arriving, just go to Dar Anika, which is easily found (a sister...

Words cannot do this place the fabulous team justice. My partner arranged a surprise trip for my 40th and so my expectations were high, and Valentina and the team at Riad Kaiss completely EXCEEDED every one. The riad is stunning , the detail is incredible, so much so when we visited the palaces in Marrakesh they seemed quite basic in...

This is it. THE best Riad in Marrakesch. Insider Tip. The staff is unbelievably perfect. They go the extra mile for you before you even ask about it. Without beeing pushy at all. The breakfast ist stunning. Nothing more to wish for. Cake, eggs, bread, fresh orange juice, coffee, tea, pastries, pancakes, soup, joghurt, fresh fruit salat 🙌🏻🙌🏻 The rooms...

This is a very clean and beautiful place, the service was excellent and the Riad Kaiss is only a few minutes from the suk. The breakfast at the top terrasse was great, and the Garden in the court has a tree like the one in Avatar. Really fantastic.

I stayed in room number 6 of this 9 room hotel in March 2017. I travelled to Morocco with friends for a long / relaxing weekend away from London, UK. The hotel itself is located in the Medina but away from the main streets. Don't get put off by your journey to the hotel - you will have to walk...

We spent a weekend in Marrakech and were picked up at the airport, guided to the hotel and welcomed by very nice staff. The hotel amenities as well as the neighborhood were explained to us in detail and everything made us feel at home. We will be back !

“the classic rooms are rather on the small side, though historically to be understood since this riad is at least 150 years old. If you have any money to spare I would choose one of the larger rooms.”
