For us this was a great holiday, the staff are always so friendly and helpful, the room was bright and clean. The Riad itself is quite close to the centre of town, a little walk, but not a problem as we felt very safe there, even walking back late at night.

We spent the first weekend in March in this beautiful place and were blown away by the whole experience. Staff was really friendly and the whole place was so peaceful and relaxing. Hotel is really central and rather a little secret that you wouldn't expect from the outside, a magical place to have a rest.

Situated in the Kasbah, the entrance is doorway set into the wall of a narrow street. Entering into a reception area you are given a warm welcome. Formalities over, we were ushered into the bar area and supplied with small cups of milk and dates, mint tea followed shortly. One lovely touch was the choosing of the linen spritz. The...

Very nice hotel, a little quirky in a good way. Calm and peaceful atmosphere and nice pool area for a city hotel. Restaurant was good but very pricey compared to others around. However, there were no other quality restaurants on the doorstep. Clockwork Cafe is 1 minute walk, good food but as the name suggests more cafe like. Kasbah Cafe...

The riad is located at the heart of the old town. You can walk to the souks of Marrakech and to the tourist areas. The swimming pool is heated and the large garden allows to relax in the shelter of the agitation of the city. The restaurant is considered one of the best tables in town. We were happy to...

I'm not crazy about this place. We booked for dinner on our first night in Marrakech on this visit (we've been often before, though not to this restaurant/hotel). When booking we received a stern but fair response that if we were going to be late, we must tell them. This would have been fair enough, if they were expecting us....

Hught, We read your comment with great interest. First of all, I want to apologize for all these misadventures. Our staff is usually respectful and attentive. I am sincerely sorry. if I can rectify juste one point : our menu does not lie, as evidenced by the many comments left here and place us among the best tables in town....

We came for dinner only, as we were staying further into the Medina. That said, the meal was fantastic, as was the service. The saffron ice cream over orange marinated carrots was eye popping, and my raz el hanout was the perfect celebratory meal. More than that, we were waited on hand and foot, with service that was warm, friendly,...

Lovely relaxing setting. Pretentious, pushy, macho staff. Lunch menu à la carte (no prix fixe (?)) pricy but decent food. Wines to be avoided unless you're ready to spend €9/glass of 15cl. Local Beer €6,50.

a small hotel in the old city of Marrakech, within a few walking minutes of the Royal Palace and the colourful markets. We had a standard room which is very spacious and includes a balcony overlooking the riad - the internal courtyard which is lush with greenery and shields you from others giving you privacy. Excellent and attentive service (most...

This lovely restaurant was recommended by the hotel we were staying in. Situated in the Medina amidst the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh we were surprised to find this restaurant hidden away behind a large wooden door. On arrival we were warmly welcomed at reception and taken through to a delightful dining room. The service was very good and the...

Thank you very much for this comment! Thank you also to remind the TripAdvisor community that the hotel's restaurant is open to outside visitors. I could add one thing: if you take a lunch at the riad, you will enjoy free access to the heated pool and the garden to spend with us an unforgettable day!

This was my second time staying at Les Jardins de la Medina. We absolutely love it. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and varied. The food in the restaurant is very good but...
