The hotel is lovely, with beautiful gardens. Lots of places to sit in the garden . It is really a little oasis in the hustle a bussle of the old Kasbar. The room we had was large, well furnished and warm but no balcony. The hotel loves roses! There were red rose petals all over the place, and put on...

I stayed at Les Jardins during my recent trip to Marrakech. Upon arrival we were told our room only could accommodate two when we had three people with us. When I booked it on Orbitz, I paid for a room that fits four knowing my boyfriend was coming last minute. Fatiha(sp?) was nice to accommodate us and got us a...

We had our fourth stay in this hotel in November and I love it. Although we had two days rain that did not spoil anything. We even asked for the same room and this was accommodated. The staff are lovely and always make you feel welcome. This is the first time we have been there when it was cold and...

Yes, this hotel is a contrast to the city: it's quiet and green and cozy, but so are all hotels here. Yes, the hotel is nice and clean, but it is nothing to get really ethusiastic about. Rooms are clean, but small, very, VERY dark and have no space for work, not even a desk. Wifi is slow and spotty...

We read your comment with sadness. We are sorry that your stay didn't allow you to work in optimal conditions. Our establishment is mainly frequented by holidaymakers who appreciate not only its exceptional garden in the heart of the old town but also the charm, authenticity and comfort of its accommodation. If we had known that you had special needs,...

What a wonderful hotel this is! You arrive through the tiny narrow dusty streets in the Kasbah district of the old city and step out in front of a wooden door in the red walls...it opens and you step through into the beautifully decorated lobby. One of our guides mentioned that the hotel once used to be a palace, now...

What a beautiful hotel and special experience! We didn't really know what to expect driving up to the hotel, its very busy and hectic as marrakech can be. As soon as you walk through the door you are immediately greeted by a huge predominantly red room, its gorgeous and quiet!?!?! The staff was very friendly for the most part, them...

We love Les Jardins de la Medina so much that we've stayed there three times and recommended it to our friends who have also loved it. It is a tranquil haven in the midst of the busy medina. We enjoy going there to completely relax and there are plenty of places within the hotel to chill including a beautiful pool,...

I was honestly very scared once our taxi entered the medina. I personally did not like the medina area but I will say that this hotel was not too bad. I normally like small boutique style properties but I would only rate this ONE STAR because of the FRONT DESK staff. I hate to mention names but Fatima was a...

Everyone can see that these comments are not the ones usually left in here. It is all the more unfair it comes from a person who has not stayed in the hotel! Medina is the atmosphere, the smells, the souks, restaurants, countless colorful and lively streets that are the charm and authenticity of Marrakech. Millions of visitors from around the...

I didn't know what we were in for as we walked through the Medina to find our accommodations. What a surprise and delight. The gardens, nature, pool and accommodations were perfect. We also had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and they didn't disappoint. My only wish is that we had more time to enjoy the grounds / pool area.

We stayed for a couple of nights in mid October - and wished we could have stayed longer. Stepping through the front door takes you from the sights, sounds and smells of the kasbah to the tranquil oasis of calm. We had a solarium room which had its own sun terrace - with a couple of sun beds on it....
