This used to be a lovely hotel in Marrakech but it has gone way downhill. I stayed here in 2003 and it was charming and lovely. Now it still has good bones but it doesn't seem anyone really cares about it. It is shabby and worn but reasonably priced. The breakfast is very mediocre, and used to be excellent. The...

Stay out of this place!!! We booked 4 rooms as we were traveling in group of 12 people. Upon arrival, they told us that they do not have enough rooms for us. They gave us 2 rooms with 9 sleeping places and stated that's all they can do. After extensive arguing and close to the midnight, they gave us another...

The rooms are terrible and not comfortable. Most of the features in the room don't work. Estehetically speaking, it's not very pleasant to the eye. It's not what you see in the pictures. I even got a call in my room at 4:30 am asking me if I needed towels!!!! I'm not sure if it was a prank or a...

No. Non. Nein. Nei. Choose a different hotel. This hotel is horrendous. Porters rip you off, the elevator traps you in between floors, the restaurant and bar never heard of service, and worst: the hotel is well past its heyday or, you know, habitation. My bathroom and toilet smelled of damp, fungi and mold which were visibly growing all over...

I had to stay in this hotel due to a Conference. The surroundings are very quiet, but no nice resaturants or shops nearby. The hotel is very dated and need thorough renovation. Dirty and stained carpets, mold on the walls in the toilet, smelling awful, poor cleaning, rock hard pillows (but the bed was not so bad), minibar did not...

I fail to understand why this hotel is calling itself a 4* hotel since it was barely 3* standard. We didn't have high hopes to begin with as the reviews weren't great. At check-in, we were greeted by a grumpy member of staff who looked like he didn't want to be there. He gave us forms to fill in and...

I brought 20 friends here for my 50th birthday. Great hotel with friendly staff, great welcome and good food. All built in traditional style with loads of character. Pool area really beautiful Very relaxing.
